Jan 25,2025While the condo had a wonderful view and a nice layout, the air conditioning was out four of the six days we were there. I called repeatedly to the property management group who repeatedly made excuses that they didn't control fixing the AC and that was done by the HOA/resort. I asked for compensation given that we paid $4000 for five nights and three of those nights were miserable. Further, I explained to them that we had purchased food to cook in the condo and instead because of the sweltering heat, we were unable to stay inside and cook (adding more heat) and ended up spending a lot of money eating out because our accomodation was so miserable. They gave us a $400 credit which doesn't nearly begin to cover what we had to pay to eat out nor does it help with our inability to sleep leaving our very expensive trip exhausted and disappointed. The Kauai property management company doesn't care at all. They kept saying it wasn't them. I explained I paid them so it is their responsibility. They didn't care and hung up on me. ETA: I want to be clear that I never accepted the offer of $400. I said from the beginning that was not enough. Instead they just did a credit of $400 thinking it would shut me up. I was always clear that it wasn’t the compensation I found acceptable. . I never once indicated acceptance of $400. Let’s be clear, I don’t pay the HOA or the resort. I paid Kaua’i Exclusive. This was their responsibility. Also they kept saying it was $100 a day which isn’t right since we were there six days. That would have been $600. Notice all that they do is make excuses as to why this wasn’t their fault. Did they bring fans to help? No. Did they dispatch someone to the resort? No. They did nothing except makes excuses like below. I will continue to let my credit card company know and dispute, I will let other platforms know this predatory behavior. They already have your money so they don’t have to do the right thing.

Jan 22,2025We had a wonderful stay in unit F202. This condo had a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking breakfast a breeze. The unit was clean and the beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The pool was relaxing and the hot tubs were great in the evening. We liked that they stayed open later so we went after dinner most nights. The beachfront location was a huge hit with everyone. During our stay the washer broke (which happens no one is to blame) we messaged via the app and they installed a new washer in less than 24 hours with no disruption to our stay. The location on the island's east side was perfect for our vacation. It was only a 30-40min drive to the north shore and 30-40 to the south shore which made it easy to explore a lot of Kauai. The shopping center across the street was very convenient. We found a great local bar "Taps and Hops" where we picked up lots of tips from the locals and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation to Kauai

Jan 18,2025We stayed at Waipouli room A102. Our room location was perfect as well the room itself. We loved being on the ground floor being able to walk right out to the beach for the morning sunrise. My husband and I previously stayed in A304? (Top floor) and loved the gorgeous view as well but after this visit we will opt for ground floor again. The condo had everything we needed. A great resort location across from the grocery store and Starbucks among other eateries. We cooked small convenient meals and ate breakfast in our room most every day. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our rental host stayed in contact with us so we felt reassured they were a message or call away if we were to need anything. This was a girls trip with a friend and our 2 adult daughters so the 3 bathrooms were perfect! We will rent from them again!

Jan 16,2025The condo and grounds were beautiful! The only negative about the trip was lack of information inside the condo outlining where things were located. (Pool towels, pool pass, checkout requirements, etc) The kitchen only had one small sauce pan and a Dutch oven, when the property stated fully stocked kitchen. There were no mixing bowls or even a large salad bowl. The only seasoning was a large salt and pepper grinder that unloaded salt nuggets into the food. The property also stated there were games in the condo. We found a deck of cards and a deck of uno cards.

Jan 14,2025Your representatives responded so quickly and efficiently. The cleaning service should be notified to wash the floors better as our feet, socks and my brand new slippers were filthy. The unit was so beautifully decorated and beds very comfortable with lovely linens.

Jan 27,2025We had to cancel a few days before our planned arrival due to a death in the family. Requested a credit, partial refund of our approximately 1,500 dollars Kauai wouldn’t help us at all. We will never use them again and have notified all our friends of the circumstances.
