Jul 05,2024Our stay was nice! We did encounter several things inside the condo that need to be fixed and upgraded. The bathroom door handle came off the very first day, mold on the back of the curtains, and door hardware a little loose.

Jul 02,2024Communication completely dropped off after the second night after check in regarding the A/C unit and my need to respite from the heat due to a medical condition. Three days after checking out, I reached out to VRBO who contacted the GM. The GM felt that $100 a night compensation was adequate compensation for me and my family being inconvenienced during my stay. I could not stay in the villa during the daytime when the heat was at the hottest. The temperature in the villa would be above 83 degrees at that time. That put my health at risk. I had to retreat to the villas where my family members were staying that had working A/C.

Jun 27,2024Mainly this was an excellent experience. What makes a 4 star review instead of 5 was the carpeting being old and humped up in places, and the bed was terrible with a hard lump in the middle and places of depression where others have slept. Otherwise, we were happy.
