May 26,2022Pili Mai was a nice condo. TV/Wi-Fi was out for 4 days and did receive a small refund but I really felt it was not enough for those days. Finally fixed on the day before I left. I had to use my own data plan in order to connect to Wi-Fi, which put me over into higher plan. Condo was nicely furnished but beds were too firm for my liking and pillows too soft since I need more support due to health problems. I really stayed here because I’m planning on moving to the Islands and wanted a taste of Island living. This was not for me. I should have went with my gut and stayed at the Grand Hyatt like my last visit.

May 24,2022There was a musty smell in unit and the team at Kauai exclusive did not communicate well. There were phone calls/inquiries that were obviously missed internally and no real solution was presented. We asked to be moved with no response.

May 19,2022Fantastic location, Waipouli beach is one of the most beautiful spots to be on the island so it was wonderful to be a short walk down the path to it. Amazing facilities, the pool is big and spacious, 2 hot tubs, accessible to our low mobility parents as well which is a huge plus. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and updated. Having a full kitchen was awesome, and the air conditioning was nice but not necessary since the weather was so perfect. Right across the street from Safeway so it was easy to get groceries and other needed items, as well as the Starbucks and McDonald's right next door as well. Another huge plus was Oasis bar and restaurant which is always a treat! Absolutely fantastic service, food, staff! All in all a fantastic trip, would definitely stay here again!

May 18,2022Awesome, awesome experience with Kauai Exclusive Management. Excellent service and the property we rented was absolutely perfect for us. Nice and roomy with a great view of the ocean. Location was located basically in a good spot, in my opinion, centrally located. Kauai Exclusive made the rental process easy and they responded to any questions promptly. I can't say enough about the customer service. The rental process with them was so easy and they communicated everything through the app, which made if easy to navigate and find door codes, wifi passwords, etc. Thank you so much Kauai Exclusive Management, I will be back!!!!!!!!

May 18,2022The room was as described but was very hard to find. You have to go up an elevator of another building and cross over to your room. If you have to carry many bags it’s tough. Parking was ample and always found a close spot. Pick up your own laundry pods, paper towels and TP because the stuff supplied is 99 cent store quality. Overall I would rate the stay 4/5 stars. Safeway and other stores are in walking distance which makes shopping for your groceries very convenient. We had a wonderful time and the island is beautiful! We would stay there again.😀

May 17,2022We stayed at the Waipouli Beach Resort. This place is absolutely beautiful. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Loved the beautiful view of the ocean. We did have a little noise problem from the unit above us. They were replacing the tile in the master bathroom. Called Kauai Exclusive Mgt. and they did everything they could to keep the noise to a minimum. They were very accommodating. The noise stopped after that. We highly recommend and when we go back we will be contacting them to rent the same condo. We loved it there!

May 17,2022NOT A LAZY RIVER! Waipouli Beach Resort - I booked this resort because my husband will get in a lazy river but he doesn’t care for pools. This is NOT a lazy river. It has no current, no tubes and does not loop. You walk/swim to the end and turn around and come back. I was so excited that there was a lazy river open till 10 (they usually close at dusk)! It is also very cold if there has not been a lot of sun. 3 hot tubs were very nice, we liked the tiny pebble bottoms. Also no pool bar or snacks, not convenient. Restaurant only open in evening 5 days a week. It is very busy, make reservations. Check on when live music is happening. It was Wednesday at 5 for us and they were very good but only played about an hour. Our 1 bedroom suite was perfect, clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the laundry in the room. The room gets 5 stars. This beach has very course sand that is difficult to walk in because it doesn’t pack but is lovely to look at. First time I’ve ever left a review, hope it was helpful.

May 15,2022The unit , pool and grounds met all expectations. The restaurant I would give it a 4 star. The only issue we had was a backup sink in the kitchen. Maintenance was dispatched and took care of the issue.

May 15,2022We enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated condo. The beach was only a few minutes away by walking and the neighborhood was nice. The bed was very comfy. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances, but if you need any seasonings or spices, you will need to bring them or buy them yourself. We enjoyed not having to drive to the beach and being able to see it in the distance from our window in the morning!

May 15,2022Lovey place, lots of light and air circulation. Clean and bright. The extra ‘back garden’ space along the river of Cottage 5, much appreciated. A great location makes town easily walkable. Only complaint is largest bed is Double rather than Queen.
