Mar 09,2024This little condo unit was our home for two weeks and had everything we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we really enjoyed the larger lanai — some of the units there have very tiny (unusable) lanais. The kitchen was complete, the shower was great. It does pick up voices a bit more because of the door location in the stairway and it does NOT have a smart TV so bring your own Roku or other streaming device.

Mar 07,2024My interaction with your company got off on a good start as my email inquiring about the property was answered promptly and when I called with questions and in turn decided to book, believe it was Paul, offered me a returning client discount when I mentioned that the exchange rate was 30% on the Canadian dollar. Each time we needed to contact someone got back to us in seconds. Really appreciated how available you were for us. The condo we stayed in was at Nihi Kai in Popui unit #601. This condo was really well equipped with everything needed to cook full meals. Included beach chairs, sand toys and snorkel gear. Beds were ok, a little on the soft side. We had small kids sleeping on the hide bed, they made out all right but we could feel the springs. We put the washing machine to good use. We knew going in that the unit wasn’t air conditioned, cooled with fans. Tower fans were provided for the bedrooms. Temp was consistently 26C. We managed but if it had been any hotter would have been uncomfortable. We used the pool every day. Lots of nice seating. Pool was very nice. No hot tub. BBQ’s were great. No waiting to use. Maintenance did an amazing job cleaning them each day. Grounds were very lush and well maintained. Location was the high light. Short walk to the beach. One spot was good for boogie boarding as it had higher waves. Short walk through the grass led to a couple of other beach spots. One was very protected by a sea wall and was perfect for our young grandkids. A little further over water was deeper and lots of swimmers were snorkelling. Kids loved digging in the sand. Kids playground as close by. Turtles appeared on the beach each afternoon and hung around until the next morning. Several days monk seals landed on the beach for the day. The area was really popular with families.

Mar 05,2024Need more hangars in the rooms. Apparently there is an issue with the wiring - our ac stopped working and when we called - it was handled in a way that meant it was a frequent occurrence. After following the steps provided, still no ac. Luckily, we had someone in our group who was able to trouble shoot and get it working since it was at the end of the workday.

Mar 01,2024While Unit 3L was a nice place to stay, what really made the experience wonderful was the very responsive people at Kauai Exclusive Management. They were immediately available by phone and answered all our questions. They were especially helpful when in my haste to checkout and get to the airport, I left my cell phone in the Unit. They went to the Unit, found my phone and sent it to me immediately after I called them and provided the tracking information to follow the delivery of my phone. I really appreciated the Ohana like treatment I received from Jeanette, Patrick and Sean at Kauai Exclusive. The owner of Unit 3L and Kauai Exclusive are very fortunate to have Jeanette, Patrick and Sean representing them and spreading the Aloha Spirit. Also, the owners and full time residents in the Unit below Unit 3L were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The instructions for check in and check out were perfect, and the fact I’ve been asked for feedback several times is great! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends/family. The good news is, the staff at Kauai Exclusive Management were Very Helpful and easy to work with, and we were able to "gift" our room to some friends. They absolutely loved the room and everything about the Waipouli Beach Ressort!

Feb 27,2024The condo and overall property were beautiful and exceeded expectations. Everything was very easy, convenient (checking in, towels, location) and we had a wonderful vacation. It’s clear that lot of care goes into maintaining the property. I would note that you have direct access to a beach however the surf and bottom make it not a great beach for swimming, snorkeling or boogie boarding, especially with children. Highly recommend Lydgate Beach for families, a quick 10 minute drive with easy parking. Also the bike path was wonderful, leaving conveniently right from Waipouli Beach Resort.
