Jul 26,2024We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. We had a room on the ground floor on the ocean side and the view was fantastic, about 30 steps to the beach that only had a few people on it. The room was well stocked with the necessities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A big shout out to Darshan, our concierge, she helped with making several reservations for diners, tubing rides, and dinner cruises. She even helped with getting our money back for a cancelation. I would have given 5 stars, but the manager at the Oasis restaurant was rude and made us feel like we were an inconvenience to him. Very unprofessional.

Jul 18,2024Overall the condo was great. Perfect location, clean and part of a beautiful resort. Preventing 5*s was that there was a banging noise each night - it sounded like someone had left sneakers in a tumble dryer, but must have been something else. Also, the waste disposal wasn't working. Other than that - loved it.

Jul 17,2024The home was comfortable and spacious and loved the front porch. Big TV’s in each bedroom and living room. The shower situation needs improvement. Each bedroom has to share the master bathroom to shower. Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not in the living area. And the small bedroom doesn’t have a closet, with a full and twin bunk bed.

Jul 17,2024Everything about this house was amazing! Beautiful house, amazing location. We had one issue pop up during our stay, and management was quick to respond with a helpful solution and positive attitude. Would definitely stay at one of their properties (actually, this same house) again!
