Oct 20,2024The accommodations were exceptional. Quiet, clean, completely happy with the amenities. The kitchen was over the top well stocked to prepare and cook easily at the condo. We enjoyed the outdoor privacy of the patio. Location easy to access local businesses and island sights.

Oct 18,2024Beware vacationers from this scam company. They do nothing but lie to you and give false advertisement. They will do anything to trap you and take your money (non refundable no matter what occurs). Found multiple cockroaches in the condo crawling on my luggage and belongings. They down play it and their review said (a single cockroach) oh no I had no less than 15 roaches in the kitchen and bedroom. You don't want to accidentally take one of those fast breeders home in your luggage. Management said they called me and left messages. I pulled my phone records to prove they are LIARS. I never received a single call. But oh yeah they charged me for my entire stay of 2.5 week even though I left immediately after seeing them. Beware they lie in their reviews and comments back to people. They will lie to keep getting business. Don't give these scam artists your hard earned money. Too many honest companies out there to use this one. RUN

Oct 16,2024We stayed at the Waipouli Beach resort for the second time, this time in an end unit with ocean views. It was a fabulous room - spacious, lots of basics for cooking, laundry, bathing, etc, and super helpful and responsive hosts. The resort itself is super family friendly and a great location for shopping, eating, and exploring. We will definitely be back - this is one of my favorite places we've been!

Oct 15,2024Great location in the heart of Kapaa! The grounds are beautiful, the pool has a lazy river and the hot tubs have a sandy bottom! The room was clean and had a fantastic view!

Oct 08,2024My family and I had the best experience at Pili Mai 13M. The condo was immaculate, beds were amazingly comfortable and the kitchen had it stocked with everything one would need to prepare a meal. The complex is beautifully landscaped and it was so easy to contact the office with any concerns. There is more than enough room for a family of five. We would like to come back next year and every one in my family wants to stay in 13M. I am recommending this unit to anyone interested in visiting the island. So comfortable.

The unit was clean and exquisite. It immediately felt like my home away from home. My favorite features are no shared walls and the gorgeous ocean view from the side widow. 5 stars!

Oct 04,2024Everything was as presented. However, we did have one toilet that was not fully cleaned prior to arrival, and one bathroom sink had no flow out of one cold faucet. The management company was quick to respond to a couple minor issues that came up, but that did not prevent us from giving a top rating as everything else was exceptional!

Sep 30,2024The place we stayed atvwas beautiful, clean, and updated. The beds were very comfortable too. It was easy to access the unit with the given codes and had all the amenities we were looking for, including a washer and dryer. The swimming pool was unique and fun to swim in and we enjoyed the fact that there were 2 adult hot tubs. All of us agreed we would stay there again!

Sep 28,2024The folks at Kauai Exclusive Management are GREAT! They know the island and its nuances. They know their properties are can suggest the best one for your particular requirements. We were looking at one property and they suggested a different one that better fit our needs for this trip. Once you are at the property they are quick to be sure everything is to your satisfaction. The house was perfect, clean, fresh, and the pool inviting! Later we found we needed more pool towels and they were quick to accommodate. They also made everything easy so that once we arrived at Poipu Makani Lani, we were left to enjoy the house and the island.

Sep 27,2024So, first off this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed at this resort, just a different room. Having said that, upon checking in to C405, all the tile floors were so slippery, I slipped twice in less than an hour, tweaking my back. So you know, my back still hurts! So on a positive note, I did call that night, they sent a cleaning lady to fix the floors, but she was unable to! I then requested a new room and it was provided! At 11pm I and my family had to pack all our stuff and move to a new room, A203. That rooms floors were slippery, but nothing like C405! So with my back hurting, my stay in Kauai was not very pleasant and I was glad to finally get home! I assure you after all of this, I won’t be coming back to Kauai anytime soon, and I will never stay at this place again!

Sep 22,2024For our family this was the best of both worlds. Ability to have privacy, not feeling like we were at a hotel, but having access to all the amenities at the complex, the pool and hot tubs were great, always clean. Loved that they have dedicated hot tubs for only adults. Our room was clean and up to date, loved having the ability to do laundry and plenty of space for our family of 4. Definitely will say to pay close attention to the phots of where your room is located, ours over looked part of the parking lot. Although I was bummed at first, and afraid we would here all the noise from the highway, we were pleased at how soundless it was when the windows were closed, and with it being such a short stroll to the beach, it ended up being ok. We also loved it was right across for a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants and coffe shops. We also tried the on-site restaurant 1 night and it was wonderful! We will absolutely keep this place in mind when we plan our trip back in a couple years
