Sep 19,2024We enjoyed everything about our stay! Condo was big and clean. The Costco size dish soap, dishwasher tabs and detergent was great to have so we didn’t have to have buy any! Pool & slide was great. AC in our unit was much needed after our hikes, kayaks and all our outdoor adventures. We also liked the walk ability to grocery store, clothing and plenty of restaurants and shave ice!!

Sep 17,2024Checking in was super simple. Condo was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our brief stay. Only thing that I wish would have been different is the onsite restaurant was only open after 4:00.

Sep 11,2024The location of this specific condo unit was amazing. Wasn’t smashed between other condos, liked that it was on the end which gave it a more private feel. It was spacious and very nice. It was super clean on arrival and everything was in good condition. Management company was great to work with. We ended up having to extend a couple days and they were able to accommodate us and processed the request quickly. Had to reach out to them twice and the response time was immediate. The location was very central and there were a lot of things very close. Keoki’s down the road was an awesome place to eat and we ended up going several times during our stay. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

Sep 02,2024We had a great visit to Kauai and really enjoyed our accommodations at Pili Mai. The location was convenient to Poipu and Brennecke beaches. The unit was very comfortable - nicely furnished, well stocked, air conditioned. The pool, lanai, and BBQ areas were all very nice. The check in and check out processes were smooth and the Property Managers were attentive and available. Would happily recommend this experience to friends and family.

Aug 31,2024We were on vacation with two little kids and the pool/facilities was perfect for our toddlers. The rooms were well maintained. The onsite restaurant was also pretty good. We had a few afternoons where the weather was rough so we stayed at the resort able to have a wonderful time with the kids. Definitely recommend this place if you have smaller children. The Kauai Exclusive Management was very responsive for any needs that came up.

Aug 29,2024Pros: the condo was super spacious with great amenities. Cons: the manager we have contacted for 4 days with multiple calls made each day and messages left with no return call. We were calling him in regards of a return due to seeing cockroaches in the unit and they were getting into personal items such as shoes and purses. We moved out three days in on a Saturday when we found numerous ones. We took pictures and immediately contacted them to let them know we left the unit. They told me they contacted the pest company and they would be there sometime Tuesday (4 days after us leaving the unit). ADDRESSING TO MY POST AND REPLY MANAGEMENT....yes the property is beautiful and condo. We booked in full in June 23rd. We NEVER received a call back or messages from Manager since the day we left. We had told them we had many cockroaches in our items. Yes as far as noise from the tenants above us is correct but when we noticed all the cockroaches that was a done deal. We won't stay in a place that we would have the chance of taking them home. I have all the conversations recorded that were sent by text even where they said they had sent out pest control and that was four days after we left the rental. NOBODY SHOULD STAY AND LET COCKROACHES ROAM IN THEIR STUFF AT NO COST. They call customers liars so who would wanna deal with a company like this. I wish I would have read alot more reviews on this company before we booked. We don't want a full refund just a refund for the nights we didn't stay which was 13 nights worth. Own up to your mistakes not make customers the problem. We have visited thes islands for 13 years in a row and never had a condo with cockroaches so if this is common you need to do a better job and have more pest control more often.

Aug 27,2024The place was spacious and just like the photos. There was soap, salt and pepper, and a few other items that help with the home away from home. Communication was good. The reason for 4stars instead of 5 was the sleeper sofa was very loud and uncomfortable to sit on, it was not a smart tv and there were no items to use outside the condo which every other Hawaii accommodation we have stayed at has offered. Overall lovely vacation and nice place.

Aug 27,2024This was our third time staying in a Waipouli condo, the second time with a unit in building D. The condo has a nice kitchen, plenty of bathroom space and a great deck to watch the sunrise. The pool is great although we spend much of our time on the beach watching the waves come in. It's in an incredibly convenient location for some great restaurants, grocery store, fast food or whatever you need. We'll be back again,
