Aug 13,2024We loved the unit - it was within walking distance of the beach which made the experience awesome. It fit our family of 5 very nicely as well. The only downside for us was the lack of A/C. It was comfortable for sleeping but did get warm during the day.

Aug 09,2024The house met all our needs and was beautifully maintained, kitchen completely equipped to cook any type of food and gave a very nice dinning experience. Pool deserves a 10 for beauty and design as does the house and landscape.

Aug 09,2024We stayed at Pili Mai 12G and the place was amazing! It has a great view of the ocea from the balcony. The unit is spotless clean. It's a 2BR unit with a fully equipped kitchen. The pool is great and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our family had a great time swimming with turtles at Poipu beach and playing with waves in shipwreck due to it's proximity to these beaches. We'll definitely come back and recommend!

Aug 08,2024Pili Mai was a great place to stay. There were five of us (4 adults and 1 child) and it was very comfortable. Two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms which was a major reason I chose that particular condo. Having our own washer/dryer was nice and we took full advantage of that. A light bulb above the dining room table had burned out so I contacted Rental Host and that was taken care of. The only negative was the parking situation. One evening all the nearby visitor parking spots were taken so had to park close to the pool necessitating a longer walk. If you have a large family group renting a condo and there’s 3 or more rental cars parking might be problematic due to limited visitors parking and the garage is occupied by the owner’s car. In our case we had two rental cars so we made do. Used the pool once and the grandkids loved it. Son in law likes to golf and enjoyed the course. Proximity to Poipu Beach is a huge plus. Never was able to get a puka dog since the lines were so long at the deli close to Poipu Beach so plan accordingly.

Aug 07,2024Overall the experience was really great. I called to book a chef and the concierge service assisted with introducing me to a chef. When I called because we lost an item at the house, they did assist with looking for it and sending the item back to us after we left.

Aug 04,2024We loved our stay at Waipouli Beach Resort. The unit was nicely stocked, especially in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The only thing that was confusing was that the online listing references access to beach chairs & umbrella. These were not in the unit. They were available for rent for additional cost. The listing makes it seem like they are included.

Aug 04,2024The stove and oven took forever to get hot they could use some service. Something in the main bedroom knocks sounds like a drum all night but not as much in the daytime. A knob came off of the dresser in the main bedroom I put it back on but it wouldn’t stay. The air conditioner had a leak onto the floor but the came right away and fixed it. Overall our experience was good and the condo was stocked with good amenities.

Aug 01,2024Easiest room I have ever booked. We did not have to worry about where we would be placed when we arrived. We knew the room we booked was going to be the room we stayed in and no last second changes that are up to the resort asking,” um would be okay if we placed you in this room instead”? The room had everything we needed to make a week-long stay comfortable without needing to go buy anything.

Jul 31,2024The communication with this company was solid and smooth. The room was wonderful. We have used a different company that has rooms within this location, and they offer coolers, beach chairs, and boogie boards for free. I wish this was also true with Kauai Exclusive.

Jul 30,2024I called about the unit we wanted and the rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in A402 and it was lovely. It was extremely clean and open and nicely decorated. The furniture and beds were comfy. The view was gorgeous and the pool was fun. The Oasis restaurant food was very good. The only negative was the lack of any spices or condiments in the kitchen. This is the first condo we’ve rented that has had nothing in that category. There is a Safeway directly across the street and several other stores as well. Easy on and off the main highway that runs in front of the complex. It gets you anywhere on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our time as an older retired couple. Families and kids seemed to have a great time especially in the cool pool.

Jul 30,2024We truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views! The beds are super comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. The shower in the master bathroom was perfect, but the front bathroom shower had weird water pressure so only used that one once. Having a kitchen and barbecues by the pool made it so nice for the times we weren’t eating out. We enjoyed the pool, slides and hot tubs. The beach is beautiful but definitely not for swimming. Lydgate beach is a close drive, and that was perfect for swimming. Safeway across the street was convenient. The shave ice place next to Safeway was delicious and the Waipouli Deli and restaurant had great breakfast and within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Jul 28,2024This condo is in an excellent place, right on the ocean and right across the street from Safeway. The pool is first class, with 2 slides, a shallow sand area, waterfalls and lots of meandering among beautiful plantings. Our unit B404, was tasteful and comfortable. Unfortunately to use the elevator you have to go to building C. Not a problem for most people, but it is for me and it was a lot of extra steps to go to the other end of C, up the elevator, then all the way back to B. It would have been helpful to have had this information before renting. There are no extras with this unit, no beach chairs, no toys, no pool noodles. Apparently some units have them; some don’t. A lovely week, all in all.
