The Kennel Club delivered great service from first contact through to conclusion, such a refreshing change which sets them apart.

I was very pleased to have a policy for the first month of my new puppy and having asked a friend decided to transfer my other dog to you as well. Aug 04,2024I recently had to use my insurance with the kennel club and couldn’t rate them highly enough. My dog had a collapse at home and was rushed to my vet. Luckily Luca made a full recovery and the vet bill was £1500. I had to pay £170 excess plus 10% of the claim. I payed my vet an admin fee to deal with the claim direct. All I can say is the kennel club payed out directly to my vet which was seamless and I thought it was worthy of a 5 star review. My dog has recently had to have a small operation on his paw after getting three grass seed deep into the web of his paw. That bill has totalled £592 and I have no doubt the kennel club will pay there part of the bill. So all in all I am very pleased

Aug 01,2024This is absolutely infuriating and beyond irresponsible! I have been trying to contact the publication team for five days with no luck. They took my money and then completely ignored all my emails, messages, and voicemails. Not a single response! This is outrageous! You can't just take people's money and then vanish without delivering what was paid for. I can't even reach anyone to get a refund! WHAT IS GOING ON?! Reply: 02/08/24 Get my issue resolved first.
