I find the Kennel Club Insurance first rate. I am truly grateful for the support they have given my Pointer and I. Rollo was insured with them by his breeder before I collected him because he was registered with the Kennel Club. I have stayed with them and Rollo is now 11 years old. It has been money well spent and I am grateful for the non-quibble, reciprocal approach. And the premiums are not put up when a claim is made.

My claims are dealt with quickly and I am kept up to date with e-mails advising that claim has been received and being dealt with and then this is followed up with e-mail advising that payment (and amount) is being paid. I find dealing with The Kennel Club Pet Insurance is excellent and have been with them for many years and have never had a problem at all. Would recommend.
I was getting a lot of emails from this firm with promotional offers to insure my little dog with them. I rang them as I was already insured with them. They explained it was an automated email and apologised. I must admit I'm not very techno minded, but the young lady I spoke with was very friendly and understanding. They send tips on things to look out for with my pup which I find very helpful. I can't praise them enough, especially the young lady I spoke to.
This really must be the best dog insurance. Previously my dogs have been uninsured and nothing in their lifetimes happened that made me regret my decision. However when I bought my present dog from a KC assured breeder, insurance came with her. Having started insuring my pet I have continued to do so.. I am so glad that I did because when she was Five she was diagnosed with diabetes requiring constant daily treatment. Never once has KC insurance refused to settle a claim, this has meant peace of mind for me and an excellent quality of life for my wonderful dog, who is always able to have the best treatment appropriate for her. I now have a new puppy too and will continue with the insurance that her breeder set up with KC insurance. Thank you so very much KC insurance for being there.

Easy to set up and the knowledge that help will always be on hand. I have had my last 3 dogs insured with the kennel club and have never had any problems with the company. Maybe slightly more expensive but that is outweighed by the service provided. Would recommend to anyone with a puppy.
Easy to talk on the phone. Very helpful setting up my cover. Paid up quickly for small claim for another dog . Paper work available as well as digital.
I submitted a claim on the 30th July and received an aknowledgement, but then hear nothing. I called again on the 21st Aug to be told nothing was receied until I re-submitted the claim that day ? I also had dificulty uploading the invoices, and so had to resort to sending via email , as this was the only way to get it done.

The Kennel Club were so helpful and efficient when dealing with my first claim relating to a very sensitive situation regarding eye surgery with my puppy. They are dealing with a second claim and I am sure this will be dealt with as efficiently and proprofessionally as the first.
