I contacted the Kennel club today for information on making a claim. Jenny was so helpful and explained everything very well. She made the whole experience very relaxed. We are yet to make a claim but feel very certain that it will be very smooth.

The person who discussed the insurance was knowledgeable without being pushy. They fully explained the options and were helpful and reassuring in getting things set up, especially as this was a follow on from the breeder's first five weeks of insurance. Why not 5 stars. Only because after setting this up, we received a call the following day from someone to ask if we wanted to set up/continue the insurance. Also it is one of the more pricey options on the market place

Excellent service from kennel club
Huge disappointment with the last claim . It was declined for some reason based on the Kennel Club believing that a buster collar cost in the region of £300. I am hoping that it will reconsidered thanks to the input of my veterinary surgeon. Thankyou
