Changed some aspects of my dogs policy, Robert was friendly, professional and helpful. Had to wait for final payment on original policy before changes could be implemented, Robert was patient enough to leave several voicemails before I replied. 👍 from me

I spoke to Robert from customer service today & I can say for once I’m highly satisfied with the customer service I’ve received. Robert patiently took the time to break down the answers to my questions making sure I fully I understood the explanations given, he gave me every answer I needed all with a happy, friendly attitude & he sounded happy & enthusiastic while speaking to him… how many people are happy at work ha! I spoke to Robert Woodcock today and he was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with my queries. My experience with the Kennel Club has been great in the 8 years we’ve insured Sooty. He’s been very unlucky and had surgeries and hospital stays. There are definitely cheaper insurers but being in the insurance industry for 30 years I know you get what you pay for so I’m choosing to stay. Thanks Robert from Anne Allen.

Give a tremendous service and claims sorted out very quickly. We have a dog with a few issues so unfortunately have had to make multiple claims.
