Robert patiently took the time to break down the answers to my questions making sure I fully I understood the explanations given, he gave me every answer I needed all with a happy, friendly attitude & he sounded happy & enthusiastic while speaking to him… how many people are happy at work ha! Jul 25,2024I spoke to Robert Woodcock today and he was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful with my queries. My experience with the Kennel Club has been great in the 8 years we’ve insured Sooty. He’s been very unlucky and had surgeries and hospital stays. There are definitely cheaper insurers but being in the insurance industry for 30 years I know you get what you pay for so I’m choosing to stay. Thanks Robert from Anne Allen.
