There are so many pet insurances available online these days, I decided that KC, with its high reputation had the right one I needed for my puppy. I was in the process of buying insurance online but the payment system failed, so I had to call KC and spoke to a lovely, helpful advisor called Sharon/Sian (sorry, can't remember exactly) who talked me through each policy option to make sure I was choosing the right one, at the same time, showing a great interest in my puppy. She then put my payment through for me on the system after explaining why the online payment didn't work. Thank you, I am assured that my puppy is well covered.

Jul 22,2024Beware the Kennel club insurance is underwritten by Agria who do anything to avoid paying out. There is 30 pages of terms and conditions, 30!! And they will use them as they interpret to avoid paying your claim. Thank you for your general response to my review. For all of those who are insured, if you have a policy and your unhappy with the way it’s been handled, the complaint process is pretty much in their court, they don’t look at it from the customers point of view. In order to cancel my policy as I felt it was completely a waste of time paying more premiums I had to pay back the small amount of the claim that they paid. So i basically got nothing from the insurance. But they benefited the most. They are not interested in your pet they’re interested in your premiums. I await any generalised response to this update. Blah blah blah
