The process was made easy by the person taking my call. She explained the different options and enabled me to consider the way forward for my pup and my pocket. She was friendly and relaxed and put me at ease.

Understanding polite and very helpful
I had a text … free hamper extend to life policy. My wife reacted to it and took out the policy. Same day I get an email… free hamper and 3 months half price if extend to life policy. A simple question could not be answered, will we get the 3 months half price? Not a hard question but I was told the customer advisor would need to speak with a manager. I was advised I would be contacted with an answer and heard nothing two whole days later. I cancelled the policy as it did not install confidence that a claim would go smoothly if a simple question caused so much issue for them to answer. Where is the customer service? I worried about whether a claim would go the same way as it might be in the ‘difficult box’ Oh and the hamper? That would be a voucher sent after 3 months… no details given as to what would be in the puppy luxury hamper. My ‘puppy’ wouldn’t be such a ‘puppy’ at nearly 6 months old The company sent lots of texts and emails to get us to sign up, perhaps they should put the same effort into training their customer service department. We went to another company for less than half the price with better cover and performance supported by WHICH Isn’t it funny how Chloe from KCinsurance gives the same reply? If you couldn’t listen to me when I did call then why would you listen now? You guessed it… I won’t be calling Chloe

Sales rep friendly, knowledgeable and listened. Provide life time cover at a realistic level, ie 7.5k, 15k and 25k (a hip replacement will cost 10k plus) at a price that is less than their main competitors. Previous experience on claims is very positive.

The person I spoke to was very friendly and understanding. I recently lost my dog and was insured with you for her. You were excellent then as she needed a lot of medication. I was very pleased with how I had been treated that I had no qualms about insuring my new puppy with you.

Having recently bought a puppy, we were devastated to discover they had a heart murmur that required surgery. Fortunately the breeder gave us 5 weeks of insurance. Whilst it's taken longer than we'd hoped, they have paid out. I spoke to someone called Nicholas the first times who could take some lessons from the lady I spoke to another time. Nicholas wasn't very understanding or sympathetic. Unlike the lady I spoke to who was beyond helpful. The man I spoke to from the Sales team was also very helpful, understanding and polite.
Very easy to set up although more expensive than other companies you pay for what you get. but worth the money.
