Especially concerning a previous injury to my dog, which I thought may make potential future claims problematic. I was also informed about four months discount, which I was not aware of. Excellent customer service.

Jun 26,2024Our springer spaniel had four bouts of pancreatitis during the last six months of his life, with the first one requiring a four night in-patient stay which cost around £3,500 In all we made three separate claims and each of them was settled within a working week. We even got a small refund after he died. His monthly premiums had become high but that was primarily down to a pre-existing condition in his back legs (ruptured both ACLs when he was young). Only word of advise - £7,500 of annual cover may seem like plenty but it's amazing how fast it can disappear.

We sorted joint ownership and I was called back by your team to sort the insurance, rather than me having to call back again, as I was in work.
