Jun 11,2024Easy to contact went through all options for new insurance renewal price adviser was very helpful explained my new cover answered all my questions we renewed our policy as felt kennel club covered everything we needed and they have such an easy system if you need to claim also liked that they can pay your vet direct that was a big bonus on policy .

Jun 10,2024I liked the amount of cover I got for the pet, up to £25000. However there is a 14 day cooling off period. I telephoned after 5 days asking to review the cover and somebody said they'd get back to me. 10 days I am still waiting.
