May 30,2024My insurance renewal came through for my Min Poodle and had increased somewhat since last year. I was fortunate enough to get put through to Robert who kindly went through reasons why the increased occurred and explained options clearly on how I could make my premium more affordable. I was also at work during the call and he patiently waited whilst I served my customer which was much appreciated so I didn’t have to call back. Robert was very helpful and had great customer service 🌟Thank you Robert it’s much appreciated.

Thankfully the lady that I spoke to was super helpful & managed to sort the problem out for me by calling all the relevant people & helping to swap everything around. May 29,2024I didn't receive any reminder correspondence that my policy was about to expire The first time I received correspondence was to advise me the policy had expired This was around 10.30 on a Saturday night which was not useful

Jun 02,2024I have had many claims with Kennel Club unfortunately. However they have handled everyone in a timely manner and settled the claims within 2 weeks. Great Customer Service too, always very helpful.
