May 22,2024This was a renewal. Been with the company for 12 years and made 1 claim. The premium goes up by a riduculous amount every year. Have had to reduce cover to keep the premium at the same level. Would had taken business elsewhere if my dog was younger

May 19,2024I wouldn't say great, as theres always room for improvement. It was good, but as with a lot of organisations you have to run the gauntlet of the automated phone options before you actually speak to someone. These options don't necessarily cover people's requirements....room for improvement..

Having lost our 2 year old Cocker to Haemolytic Anaemia in December 2023 we wanted Insurance we could trust .We received care and compassion when we lost our beautiful boy so no hesitation at re joining all the staff care about your animal ! Not the cheapest but it’s worth it !

May 18,2024Brilliant I change jobs from a weekly paid job to a monthly and they rearranged the payment so the insurance still carried on would highly recommend and the people on the other end of the phone are really nice and willing to help Haven’t made a claim so far everything else is very good

May 23,2024Insurance lapsed after 6 weeks free insurance , the renewal letter offered a free luxury dog hamper was dated three days before the expiry and arrived 10 days later ! I purchased insurance elsewhere
