I run a small business, so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I got my puppy 2 weeks ago, and thought it fantastic that she came with 5 weeks free insurance; I had every intention of not looking elsewhere and simply taking the easy option of continuing it with the lifetime policy. However! The aggressive marketing campaign I’ve been subjected to, with phonecalls, emails, text messages and even postal marketing encouraging me to register my puppy for their insurance has ensured I will never now ever touch this company with a barge pole and will look elsewhere on principle. Reading the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one feeling this way - and rather than replying with the standard gumph I’d send this message up the hierarchy and tell the bosses that it’s actually losing them business by alienating potential customers.
I have 4 Golden retrievers who are all insured by the Kennel club, whenever my dogs have needed the veterinary care I have always had piece of mind knowing that the insurance is there to help there is no hesitation my dogs have had their treatment, operations, physio, and then been able to continue with their life getting the best life ever. Thank you Kennel Club for making my life easy it takes all the worry away with your easy step by step.

Over the last 13 years with both my dogs I have never had to worry about veterinary treatment. The Kennel Club are amazing, never muck you around and sort claims out quickly. Both my dogs over the years have been quite poorly and the KC have never let me down. They are also an extremely friendly bunch to talk to over the phone. I would never go anywhere else. Also compared to other pet insurance policies who only pay out around £7000, KC goes up to £15000!

Our claim was paid very promptly. The only slightly annoying aspect is that every email includes a link to your account so that you can check your claim progress. The links don't work and give a 404 error message. It might be because it’s dealt with through Agria. I don’t know but it needs checking and altering if the link is incorrect.
