Apr 09,2024Got a KC registered puppy which was under the free insurance policy of 5 weeks. Once this ran out in good faith and (as per the letter stated) I could continue my policy if purchasing the lifetime policy. During my coverage of the free policy my puppy needed vet treatment I did not claim during this time as had other issues going on. Once this policy had run it's course and my lifetime began the same issue arose. This time I did claim which was then rejected on tje grounds that the issue did not exist at thr time of my policy. This is ridiculous. The letter I had clearly stated a continuation of policy. My partner was originally named on the free policy and the puppy was named as it was with the breeder which differed to the policy holder name of myself with the lifetime policy which was the reason given. Surely this small admin item could be resolved. Absolutely useless.

Apr 08,2024The website was well set out and easy to follow and chose the level of cover you wanted. Very quick to set up. The policy documents arrived to my inbox within a couple of days. Can’t comment on the claims process yet.

Apr 08,2024Friendly, informative and able to help me to find the level of cover that works for me and gives me peace of mind that no matter what, my pets will be able to access the quality of medical care that they may require at any stage of their lives. This is the second time I have used this insurance company as the first time they were excellent and sensitive to a very difficult time, assisting on every stage of the claim and updating me regularly and then making payments within the agreed timescale.

Apr 08,2024I was with Kennel Club with my last dog for 14 years. They were always there for us supporting our dogs needs, right up to the end. 3 years later we took a leap on another soulful dog. Opening up a policy with the Kennel Club was my go to for insurance and the call to do this clear, explanatory, patient and professional. I can now relax knowing we are covered for life with our new darling dog. 🐕 Thank you 🐾

Apr 10,2024Never had to use our insurance until recently now that our dog is getting older and starting to suffer from issues of old age we have had to make a number of claims including repeated issues relating to his original diagnosis - response from Kennel Club insurance has been great and payments made very quickly
