May 11,2024When we bought our border collie, he come with 5 weeks free insurance from the breeder. Unfortunately he swallowed a sock 🙄 cost £278 at the out of hours vet. We put a claim thorough and was paid out, obviously after excess and fees we got back £126 which is better than nothing. Handled everything no fuss.

May 10,2024Unfortunately I've had to deal with the Kennel Club a lot over the last couple of years as my dog has chronic health issues. Their claims process is simple and quick and they process claims promptly. When I've had to call them, their team members have been super polite and extremely helpful. I can't recommend them enough for pet owners

May 08,2024Despite my error with taking out insurance for our two Golden Retriever pups (missed the ‘half price for 4 months’ code) the agent who dealt with my query was able to sort things out so I could benefit. He was very helpful, and it means I’ve got a saving of nearly £200 which will help buy their food!!!! Thank you.
