Dec 24,2023My previous dog was insurance with the KC- absolutely no issues in claiming for treatment of her lymphoma. Polite, friendly and caring people at the end of the telephone. New dog, new policy taken out easily on line with level of cover stated.

She listened to me cry over the phone and helped me so much by just sharing her own experiences. She has honestly been really helpful in dealing with the cancellation and made a difference today!
