The customer service team was brilliant and went through everything with me
All my options were very clearly explained to which aided in my final decision without having to think too much. All in all a really simple process to chsnging my dogs insurance policy.

Disappointed with the offer to entice me to join the kennel club insurance No offer sent even after calling to ask where is this gift to join Said they were very sorry and would re send the gift well that was 4 weeks ago Shame they offer a free gift and do not send this to their new customers - very disappointing After sending this review I had a message to call Kennel club they arrange for my free gift to be sent out which has now been received along with a goodwill gift - all sorted Customer satisfied !
That I can get everything my puppy deserves
Needed to download Claims form. Logged into the Kennel Club website and couldn't find how to download forms. Phoned the Kennel club main number and a recorded voice gave me instructions to click on download claim form. I couldn't see where that was so I phoned the claims line. Claire Huntley answered. I explained my predicament and Claire explained I was on the wrong website. And she did it so pleasantly. She waited patiently whilst I logged into the correct website and guided me to the correct place. Some people make you feel an idiot when it is such a simple task but certainly NOT Claire. She was so understood that I wasn't a technical genius and put me at ease immediately. If everyone was as pleasant and as helpful as Claire life would be so much easier. She is an absolute credit to KC Insurance and completely brightened up my day. I hope that when I submit my claim I get to speak to her again.
Professional, trustworthy pet insurance. Staff were very helpful when I had a query.
So poor all round and keeping you informed and coming up with the money. They drag out the 10 days as long as possible when I know my vets have submitted everything over. I will look to change as this insurance is not good and been over 10 days for money to come through.
