Payment takes too long
There was no fuss or trouble with my claim it was very quickly dealt with
The process was easy as the vet was able to submit the claim, which is exceedingly helpful, and the claim was handled quickly and without hassle. We were kept up to date on the process of the claim and received an email saying the money would be deposited into our account within 5 days.

I have insured my new puppy with Kennel Club as I received great customer service for many years with my previous dog who developed health issues as she aged. The customer service advisers are kind, compassionate and very helpful. All my claims were paid quickly without any fuss. Arranging the insurance for my new puppy was easy to do over the telephone and I would recommend without hesitation.

I continued Kennel Club insurance after my dog breeder arranged insurance to cover the first few weeks after bringing my puppy home. I chose to do this as it appears to be cost effective. Only drawback, I'm getting reminders to take it up, even though it has continued, and payment has been taken.
I was given details of the kennel Club Insurance from the breeder of my puppy who is kennel club registered. I was with Pet Plan with my previous dog who were excellent but extensive. I telephoned the kennel club insurance and was given so much help and advice and no pressure. They offered me a good premium and I am absolutely delighted, also my vet very happy to work with them to should I need to claim in the future. I would recommend the kennel club insurance to anyone.

Our pup came with 4 weeks free insurance with Kennel Club, we were offered a very good deal if we were to continue which we accepted and the amount of cover for the price is really good. The continuation of cover was very easy and Straight forward.

Dec 18,2024I am so pleased with the service that we get from the Kennels Club Insurance. Having two older dogs that get strain and a younger one with a skin condition I don’t know if I’d be able to meet the vet bills to get the treatment they need. The claims are dealt with extremely quickly and the claim outcome is communicated clearly and any payments due are paid very promptly - no input from myself is needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
