Nov 15,2024We've been with Kennel Club for 12 years since our boy was a puppy and I cannot fault them. They never fuss over claims, offer much higher levels of cover than other insurers and have been nothing short of brilliant. Our poor little man has had both back legs reconstructed due to cruciate ligament failure, had a total ear ablation due to an ear infection that was so rare, there was no cure, has corneal oedema, and now hemangiosarcoma needing major surgery and a lifetime of chemo. Kennel Club has never let us down in settling every claim quickly and without fuss. Their helpline staff are incredible but a special mention must go to Stefaniedza Russell who has gone above and beyond offering support and advice to help us through this difficult time. Would recommend KC without a moment's hesitation.

Nov 15,2024Have made a claim for both my dogs on the plans I have for both of them. On both occasions they have came up with reasons not to pay out after taking forever to give a decision. Not a good experience.

Nov 12,2024Kennel Club have always been great, never any quibble over cover for our first Dog, so when we adopted a second dog we took out the same cover. Recently had to use the out of hours vet which was eye wateringly expensive, yet again Kennel Club settled with us in under 7 days. Very reasonable on the first renewal too. I have, and will continue to recommend them.

Nov 16,2024Robert followed up on a call made on a Saturday morning to Chloe who was going to refer to the appropriate team on Monday. He responded when he was not at work! He had considered our query and had successfully come up with a resolution to our request to review the cost of the renewal of our pet insurance The cost of our insurance came down and we are extremely grateful to Robert for his dedication to Kennel Club Insurance, you are lucky to have him on your team!!!
