I have used Kennel Club pet insurance for many years. Not the cheapest but submitting a claim is straight forward and progress is easy to track online. Unfortunately, I have had to submit a number of claims recently, all have been dealt with promptly.
Excellent communication
Easy to get through to on the phone, without a waiting time. Advisor Stefaniedza Russell was excellent and talked me through the questions I wanted answered. As I have been upset, she sgared her own puppy experience with me, which helped me.

It’s important to have pet insurance and a number of surveys show this to be the best - I didn’t shop around - I looked at three in total and picked this - hopefully like all insurance it will be money well spent not to have to claim. Fingers crossed.
What made my experience great? In two words - Robert Woodcock. My premium went up (and Kennel Club insurance isn’t the cheapest to start with) and I was all set to leave. In a very non-pushy way, Robert talked me through my options and pointed out the benefits of staying put along with what I would lose if I moved. He also sorted out the European cover which I was told a couple of years ago that I had, did several European trips thinking I had it and apparently I didn’t! I do have it now. I decided to stay with Kennel Cub and that’s all due to Robert. He is a credit to the company.

Nov 05,2024The communication was excellent, I made a claim and it was sorted out within 2 weeks. When telephoning the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I thought the price was slightly high but all things considered 5 star service.
