Jan 02,2025We have had the worst diagnosis for one of our precious dogs. The investigations have been massively expensive. Direct claims were made by our own vet and then the specialist vet we were referred to with minimal involvement needed by us and they were settled within a few days. All you could hope for at a very distressing time. We have been able to concentrate on spending quality time with our girl rather than worrying about paying large bills and filling claim forms in.

Dec 26,2024When anyone thinks of claiming from an insurance company usually your heart sinks. You prepare to do battle. That was how I felt prior to dealing with my poor little poodle's recent illness that saw our vet referring the dog to the brilliant Cave Veterinary Hospital in Somerset. The Kennel Club Insurance has however renewed my faith in the insurance business as a whole. Everyone that helped me via phone calls at the initial stage has been wonderful, the payment procedure has been faultless. It was just perfect and if you are wondering whether to insure your pet. Do it. If I hadn't had this insurance then my dog would not have had the necessary specialist treatment that was desperately needed. This is a first class insurance company and I am grateful and thankful to them.

Dec 23,2024Continued my insurance after the initial setup by the breeder, went with the top cover for my two pups, unfortunately have had to claim for one as he’s poorly, everything has been brilliant with the kennel club insurance from the customer service on the telephone to the settlement of the claim so far. Highly recommend this cover for all pets.
