Like all insurance providers nowadays the process of choosing the level of cover and buying a policy on-line was very quick and easy. The difference is in the policies themselves, which give really good coverage without any of the stupid restrictions and conditions that are very common. You really do get just what you want from an insurance policy that PAYS-OUT as it should and quickly too.

Such patience. Staff member listened carefully to the needs of my new dog. She advised me about the importance of the cover being appropriate for the individual dog. My new dog’s cover is different from that of my older dog. You have given appropriate cover for each of my dogs and there is always someone on the phone who will listen to my concerns and give good advice.

I rang up customer service to discuss the renewal on my pet insurance. I was trying to decide whether my policy was value for money as my dog is quite elderly now. I spoke with Carol and she was extremely helpful and was able to explain my options in a lovely and kind manner. We talked about complementary therapy and the level of cover my policy provided. I was reassured and I decided to renew my insurance.
