I would like to update this review because I have been contacted by the aftersales consultant Jack and he was marvellous. I can't praise him enough, he has picked up my complaint and has resolved it totally. He has come up with a great solution to the problem and has acted in a very professional and sensible manner. We'll done Jack

Instructions say to contact Keter if a part is missing, and not to go back to store, which I did. They then told me it was discontinued, which it isn’t and I’ve just to find one on eBay!

Placed order....no contact, impossible to communicate with...recommend not to buy from these guys.

Was having trouble getting through to keters parts department to try and source a replacement for a damaged part. Tracey Bell from Customer Services / Parts department reached out in a matter of days and was able to source and send out the exact part I needed. Excellent service received, and now have increased confidence in purchasing more products for the Keter range.

I waited 26 minutes on the phone. The representative did not apologise for the wait and then put the phone down when I asked for an item specification.

Update— nearly three months and they have not sent the part and now ignore my emails. Paid £159 for two chairs and only have one . Terrible service . Purchase a set of two chairs from a retailer and on arrival one was damaged.I used the Keter support line as advised and they said they would send a replacement for the broken part. Two weeks on and the part is out of stock so I have paid for two chairs and only have one I can put together. I would have returned it if Keter had said they would not be able to send the part . I can’t now as I built the other chair. I have asked keter to confirm when the part will arrive or refund for half the order. I will update the review on reply .

Wrote a review about keter shed, and how small it was considering it says on box 6x4 but what u really get is a 3.6 shed but keter don't seem to think it is wrong would not purchase from these again

I have a four year old Keter Manor 8 X 6 Shed and it's been great, no leaks and no damp. One of the parts at the bottom of the door broke. Contacted Keter who emailed a parts list and I told them which part I needed and asked how to pay for it. They sent the part (and a spare for the other side of the door just in case) with no charge for the item or delivery. Brilliant - an even happier customer.

Purchased a Keter garden suite only to discover one of the chairs was defective. Was initially happy when I was told a spare part would be sent to me. I have now been waiting 9 months for a part, and was told yesterday when I called them that the part is still on order and they will not let me know when in stock and my complaint is closed. Apparently I have to call them to check. Gave one star as could not give zero. Appalling customer service and as it turns out cheaply made goods.

mi sono rivolta al supporto Keter italiano dopo una brutta esperienza con il servizio clienti Amazon dove avevo acquistato una panca Eden..mi sono interfacciata con Katia che con tanta empatia e professionalità ha risolto la problematica nel giorno di qualche giorno proponendomi una sostituzione nonostante fosse stato di competenza di Amazon,grazie Katia e grazie Keter. Vi consiglio di acquistare direttamente dal sito ufficiale i loro prodotti e non su altri siti per godere del massimo del supporto!

Terrible customer service. I have been emailing them for weeks due to a faulty part,going back and forth getting no where. They don't read the emails, asking the same question over and over. They sent incorrect replacement parts out. When I questioned this it took weeks for a response and now say it's a assembly issue. It isn't, they have sent the wrong size part out. Terrible company i would avoid at all costs.

Ho iniziato a montare l'armadio Keter comprato circa 3 anni fa e durante la fase di montaggio ho notato ma mancavano alcune parti. Nonostante il tempo passato ho scritto al Servizio Clienti e dopo avermi chiesto (giustamente) alcuni dettagli mi inviavano i pezzi mancanti. Devo riconoscere l'eccellente Servizio oltre alla indiscussa qualità dei prodotti.

Had our garden furniture since 2017 but one of the connecting parts broke. I reached out via contact form to ask about a replacement and they simply dispatched one free of charge. Fabulous service.

Purchased a Store it out for the wheelie bins 4 years ago. Recently noticed the pistons weren't holding up the lid anymore. Contacted customer service, advised them I no longer had my proof of purchase but sent photos of the item. They have supplied 2 new pistons free of charge and they arrived in the post a couple of days later. Can't fault the customer service team. If I had purchased "compatible" parts from an online retailer, it would've cost over £60 and they wouldn't be genuine parts. Thanks again for your prompt resolution!

Produits non conformes au descriptif et arrivés cassés. Les personnes du SAV ont été désobligeantes et très désagréables. Aucune solution trouvée. À fuir.

Enkele dagen geleden plaatste ik een bericht waarin ik mijn ongenoegen kenbaar maakte m.b.t. afhandeling van een probleem. Het ging over het niet kunnen of willen leveren van een onderdeel. Vanmorgen werd ik door een mevrouw van Keter gebeld en werd duidelijk dat alles op een misverstand berustte en bood zij, namens Keter, excuses aan. Tevens werd toegezegd dat de onderdelen gratis werden toegezonden. Van deze reactie en afhandeling kan je alleen maar blij worden. Keter bedankt voor de alsnog voortreffelijke oplossing. Vandaar nu 5 sterren.

It took a while for the receptions to answer the phone, 23 minutes, but once I got talking to her I understood why, she was very polite, precise and patient, I would say her mantra is," do the job properly the first time round to a high standard." She double checked my email address, checked I received it and that she had covered all bases and made amendments live. I was also impressed that even though we have had the keter for over 15 yrs, they still had parts in place ( broken hinge). Which show they are trying to make a product that doesn't go in to landfill and is environmentally friendly. I guess the saying," slow and steady wins the race"

Een tuinbox Novel gekocht via een partner van hun. Helaas was er een stuk afgebroken bij het in elkaar zetten, ik had er wel goed op gelet maar bij het laatste deel ging het helaas mis ( waarschijnlijk door de druk van alle andere delen die er dus al inzaten ) Ik heb de klantenservice een mail gestuurd met de vraag of ik dit deel als vervanging kan kopen/mag ontvangen zodat de box als nog waterdicht is/blijft. Ik kreeg netjes een mail terug met 2 buitengewoon nette oplossingen ! 1 vd 2 gekozen en ben er onwijs blij mee ! Heel erg goed geholpen door Marloes ! Keter NL Ik zou een 2e keer bij dit bedrijf kopen door de goede service !
