Following my recent negative review re Keter products, I am pleased to report that following a call from Jack, and subsequently from Stacey, I have been treated most fairly and my problems totally resolved. This ties in with my previous dealings with Keter in the past. I am happy to give this most positive review.

A midi in and out 7 piece 7 unit only has six pieces. 158 euro for this rubbish. I'm not one bit impressed. How can you miss packing one of the most Central parts of it . Not good enough if could give zero stars I would only your not given the option to . Terrible product Terrible manufacturers. Don't know of the product is any good . Because it's unusable. It seems to be a constant issue with keter products. missing vital components . You only have to look at all other reviews. Missing vital parts NOT GOOD ENOUGH 😡

Purchased an outside storage box, and after 3 deliveries I finally gave up and requested a refund. Although seemingly well packaged, various components in all 3 separate deliveries (by DX BTW) were broken in the packaging. The first one I unpacked completely and itemised the cracked/broken parts (4 in total), the second I opened the package and gently started to slide the contents out only to notice various broken plastic pieces falling on the floor so I immediately packed up again. The third package showing no signs of damage on the outside whatsoever I gently turned over 180 degrees and that could hear broken pieces inside already I opened the top and leaned it up so that the pieces could fall out and take a photograph and packaged it back up and asked for a refund. This is a real shame as I really wanted the box and I gave it every opportunity but in my opinion the plastic that these boxes are made of whether this is a bad batch or not I'm not sure to me seems far too fragile I'm sure once the boxes are put together they are strong enough, but in their component form and in transit they are far too brittle. My advice to anyone purchasing one of these boxes is to gently roll the package over before even opening it and listen for broken pieces as they are real pain to get back in the original box once you unpackage everything. I'm currently on the search for something similar but more robust. I'm quite shocked as Keter has a good reputation.

ordered a shed from Keter. Took the day off in anticipation to receive the delivery. By lunchtime, started to feel anxious that the delivery company hadn't been in touch with me to give me the estimated delivery time, so I rang Keter. Told that my shed wouldn't be coming today and I should have received a phone call yesterday to advise me of the delay. I NEVER received a phone call and would probably still be sat here, completely oblivious to the fact the shed was never coming today. I am so angry that I have wasted a day of precious annual leave and a well known company such as Keter can't even be bothered to ring to advise me of the delay. I could have cancelled my leave. Disgraceful

Bought a Keter XL Premier Store it out box for my 82 year old mum.This was a total nightmare to erect .Buyers be wary .The parts were unlabled what should have taken 20 minutes ended up nearly 5 hours .Beware of the plastic parts you have to bend into place.This sprang back and knocked me in the jaw causing alot of pain .I was lucky to escape a detal injury .

I ordered a shed directly from Keter, the quality didn't seem great, but I was assured this was the best brand for plastic sheds. My shed only came with 1 of its 2 doors and some other incorrect parts. The shed is useless without doors as you can imagine. The customer’s services response has been spectacularly terrible. I have been offered either a door in the wrong colour, or a wait of an indeterminate time to get a proper one. The customer services truly do not care that you have given their company hundreds of pounds for faulty products.

This is the third time when I’m trying to get in touch with Keter. After my initial review I’ve been promised that I will be contacted by the Escalation Team which has never happened. I’m wondering if I will ever get the right leg for the chair or even a reply. The case number assigned 2 months ago was 01132160 UPDATE: Tracy got in touch with me after leaving the 2nd review on Trustpilot! It was quite a frustrating experience to have to wait almost 2 months for someone to get back to me but when they did I felt that I was finally being heard. Tracy’s customer service was excellent, she was quick to respond and very helpful, so thank you Tracy for helping out with the issue!

Bought an outside storage box from Homebase After assembly found that a corner piece of the lid was missing Contact by phone was fine and customer service good but confirmation by email was hit and miss Could only communicate in reply to one of their emails. All turned out ok as replacement lid arrived about three weeks later.

One of the hinges broke on my Keter storage bin 4 months ago and every month since Kim advised that they were waiting on the part as there were none in stock. I was extremely frustrated and annoyed and after threatening legal action I was given a different email address to contact if I wanted to escalate the matter. I immediately forwarded all of my previous correspondence and within a couple of hours the matter was resolved by Tracy Bell with a full refund being given. Thanks Tracy

I purchased a Keter storage box to put my wheelie bins in but after a few months the top lid has struts stopped working and made the operation very difficult for me as I have osteoporosis. I contacted Keter who agreed they were faulty and promised to send out replacement parts however I had to keep pestering them as weeks went by without the replacements, eventually months later two struts arrived but sadly were the wrong ones, I contacted Keter again to explain and request the correct parts but this has been ignored now for more than 12 months.

Ordered a Signature Decocoat Walnut 2020L Pent Garden storage 6x3 ft from B&Q. All went well with delivery. Came to assemble and we have two left doors. Filled in the form on the website and got an email back saying a placement door had been ordered. Case 01130747. good so far. 8 weeks later and we are still waiting for a door. No one ever answers emails. Got through to them on the phone to be told to send another email! Infuriating. I just want the door or a full refund. It's impossible dealing with these people. Sort out this terrible customer service and awful quality control. Edit: It is now 12 weeks later and despite a promising response from the escalation team, still no door. It would be easier searching for the person with the two right doors and arrange an exchange!

I have recently bought a Keter Brightwood storage box via Amazon. When unpacked I discovered that the assembly instructions were missing - everything else was included. I telephoned Keter Customer Service and explained the problem. They were extremely helpful and downloaded the instructions to me via email immediately. The instructions were very clear and I was able to assemble the box without delay. The instructions said that it would need two people in order to fix the lid in place but this is only to keep it in position. I used a wall to assist me and was successful in securing the lid without help. I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to using it.

3 stars because of many issues with Keter. Although it is a good quality brand, I feel quality is lacking and communication is non existent. I have bought two Keter storage boxes in the past and both have been of excellent quality. I bought a Keter 6x8 Manor shed and the quality of the floor panel is absolutely shocking to put it politely. The floor panel is the back panel of my storage box. It's literally two thin bits of plastic only millimetres thick with planting joing the two in the middle. The panel bends at the slightest of weight. This is absolutely ridiculous for the use of a floor panel. While my storage boxes have what is proper heavy duty plastic floor panels. For the money you pay off these sheds they could manufacture the flooring a whole load better. I've had to put cushioned flooring down to prevent any damage to the plastic sheet they call a floor. The other issue is communication. It's absolutely shocking. The Keter website doesn't move. It sticks on displaying the Keter logo on the contact link and that's all you see. No email address can be found. Their phone lines drop you out because apparently they're too busy. Their Facebook page is unresponsive. I'm still waiting for a reply from two weeks back. I'm begining to lose confidence in this brand. If you want a durable and heavy duty long lasting shed I would honestly look at another brand.

Brought a large Keter storage box through Amazon in March of this year (2024) When it was built it was discovered that one of the gas struts that hold the lid up was not working and therefore the lid was unable to be held in the open position. Following the instructions received from keter with the box that states "if any parts were missing or faulty to contact them directly", this is what I did. I have been chasing them since March (over 3 months now) and I constantly get fobbed off with "its out of stock and on backorder and will be supplied when new stocks arrive" Surely a company of their size have these parts coming in all the time else how on earth do they produce anything if parts are not available, its now been over 3 months and still nothing and I cant use the storage box as the lid will not stay up. The customer service department are rubbish and certainly don't care about the customer. I strongly advise people not to buy these boxes as the quality and service is very poor.

Bought a store it out back in march, when putting it together I noticed that there was some damage to two of the parts, one cracked one broken. I emailed the company with photos and proof of purchase. Said that they would get back to me. Email back later, said that they were out of stock, but would let me know when they were back. Now almost July and I have emailed a few times for updates but not had any update or word on when I can expect replacement parts. If it wasn't for the damage would be a 5 star so far. Update: following my review on trustpolot the company reached out to me. Issue resolved, good customer service.

Brought an Emily storage and it broke so brought another and that broke. Reached out as it come with ‘warranty’ to be told they no longer stock that item & to take it back. Except problem is, the item is built and won’t fit in my car. Customer service do not reply. Useless company who don’t actually offer the warranty they promise. Never shop with them, better off using eBay

I am 80yrs of age and bought a Keter Darwin 6x4 plastic shed in March 2023. I then had to wait for a dry day to empty my old wooden shed into the garage. Then wait for another dry day to demolish and remove the old shed. My son agreed to help erect the new shed but we needed a dry day that coincided with his rest days. I live in rainy Rochdale. In June 2024 he came up and we got stuck in. With 4 sides up we then had to screw the panels together.... There was no screw holes installed on any of the panels. On viewing the Internet it was obvious there should be indentation so I contacted customer relations and was advised to use YouTube!!! I then emailed another department at Keter and within 2hrs received a phone call from Jack. He confirmed my issue and told me he would get a colleague to send me a diagram specifying where I could create the indentation for the screws. The diagram, created by Chris, was emailed the same day and so I was able to mark off the panels. (we had dismantled the shed for fear of storm damage) Next time Andrew was rest day he came up and we got stuck in. Less than 3hrs later, with a break for a bacon sarnie, the shed was assembled and ready for stocking up. My grateful thanks to Jack and Chris for all their help and advice. You are a credit to Keter. My nova storage box arrived damaged so I contacted Keter customer service by email and phone who were very polite nobody seemed to get a replacement sent out. Almost 4 weeks after ordering and another phone call I got in contact with Tracy Bell who was absolutely brilliant with in a few days my damaged box was collected and a new one delivered. Well done Tracy Bell you’re a star . 5 star actually many Thanks.

Bought a garden tool shelter with parts missing. Instructions say contact Keter UK, not the retailer. I do that and they want me to open a case by e-mail but say they don’t have any parts in stock anyway and can’t help. I asked to escalate to the manager but was told I must open a case and send the receipt first, otherwise no. My only recourse now is take the whole bulky item back to the retailer for a refund. Utterly useless, bureaucratic, “pass the parcel” customer service.
