We ordered shed 8/8 via waifair website. Arrived on time. During building discovered roof part broken. Which mean we have to wait for replacement of the part none know how long will take anothet off time for delivery etc.We cant use the shed... Seem they have broken part in each pack so many reviews about it ,but no improvements

Factor 8x8. Nice enough shed, with very good assembly instructions. On mine, one of the floor panels had a lug which had snapped off, this must have happened prior to packing as the broken part was not in the box. It does not however affect functionality. Care also has to be taken when inserting screws as it is very easy to strip the threads. I am however very peeved that two days after my shed was delivered I had an email from Keter offering £150 off the same shed! Update 1/8/2024: Excellent customer service by Tracy. All issues resolved. Rating changed from 3 to 5 stars.

I bought a Keter 265L storage bench from wickes! It was only when it was assembled that we noticed the lid of the bench was cracked! I contacted wickes to tell them, but they said that “as the bench had been assembled, they couldn’t replace the lid for me!!!!” After a couple of phone calls to wickes to “chase them up” they said they would contact Keter for me to see if they could do anything! Keter contacted me the same day via email, to ask for photos, part details and an idea how the part had got broken! I replied straight away with all the information that they asked for! I got a reply back the next day saying they had put a new lid in the post to me! The lid came the next day, wrapped securely and not damaged. It’s now assembled on my bench! The bench cost £110 from wickes on line, and it’s a really good bench to sit on, nice and comfortable and loads of storage space inside it! I worthwhile buy! Thank you!

Ordered a Keter California garden lounge set from wayfair , it arrived with the box open only to then find we had 2 pks of fixings missing . After contact with wayfair I contacted keter direct , the issue was dealt with promptly, instant reply’s to my emails and I’m happy that in less than 6 hours the missing parts have been posted out . My thanks go out to Anita , Tracy and the team at Keter for 1st call resolution on the issue .

Despite ordering and paying for product on 1/7/24 I've been told on 16/7/24 it'll arrive on 23/7/24!! Response to keter reply. By my reckoning 16 days have elapsed and still no product delivered, only another 'expected' delivery date of 23/7/24. Not good enough Keter!!

I originally gave Keter a very poor review, having had a negative experience with their call centre. I’m pleased to say that Jack from After Sales took the trouble to ring me, apologise and put the situation right. They do care about customer service after all! Thanks Jack.

I am extremely disappointed with the Keter shed. Our 8x6 shed felt flimsy from the start, with its plastic construction clearly evident. Despite taking our time and following the instructions precisely, the assembly process was a nightmare. The shed requires a perfectly level base, with no room for even the slightest misalignment. As it's made of plastic, it bends easily, which becomes a major issue during the final stages of attaching the doors. After 7 hours of effort, we discovered that the doors, the most critical part of the shed, do not fit, align, or close properly. The pre-drilled holes allow no margin for error, making it impossible to adjust anything. When I reached out to Keter with a video showing the problem, they blamed us, suggesting we hadn't followed the instructions and recommending we dismantle and start again. This response was not only unhelpful but also frustrating, as it implies that we hadn't already spent enough time trying to assemble their product. Additionally, the pre-drilled holes offer no margin for error or adjustment, making their suggestion even more impractical. Additionally, the security feature is severely flawed. While the handle is lockable, all the screws for the hinges are on the outside. This means that anyone with a screwdriver can simply remove six screws and take the door off, rendering the lock useless. In summary, the Keter shed is a poorly designed, expensive product that does not deliver on its promises. I would not recommend it to anyone. UPDATE (30th Jul 2024): After the Keter reply to this review I did reach out again a few days later, and got absolutely nowhere. They asked me to identify the fault and tell them what is wrong. Their email customer service is a waste of time, as so many others attest to

I have had 2 keter sheds and they have been fine but the lasted 6x5 one is a nightmare, hundreds of screw's and doors that don't fit correctly, this the last time I shall buy now that they have changed the assembly design!!

I ordered a shed for my son who lives in london .He got a delivery date so took the day off work .It was never delivered so wasted a day off work Organised 2nd delivery date nothing turned up after that couldn’t get through to the delivery company they never answer or phone line dead .So I contacted Keter saying I wanted a refund as 3 weeks have passed .I was told a refund would be given when the shed has been returned from the delivery company that was 3 weeks ago and still no refund.I have now taken this matter up with my credit card company to get my refund.if you want my advice DONT USE KETER COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND MY SONS TIME .THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT THEN NOT INTERESTED IF PROBLEMS ARISE .IF YOU WANT A SHED GO ELSEWHERE .

These days, what passes for customer service leaves much to the imagination! Not so with Keter! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My storage shed developed a problem in the lid after 5½ years of daily use. After making contact with Keter to see if they could help, they couldn't do enough to rectify the problem. Short story made shorter (due to exemplary CS), I have a new lid on its way. Thanks guys :)

Wirklich ein super Kundenservice! Samstags einen Schaden gemeldet, Sonntag die Antwort bekommen und heute konnte ich mein KOSTENLOSES Ersatzteil schon abholen. Ohne großes hin und her und Rechtfertigungen. Obwohl ich den Tisch bei Amazon gekauft habe. Rechnung und Foto hingeschickt und gelöst war mein Problem. Absolut zufrieden!

I bought a lounge set and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. Once I unpacked the box I realised the cushions had the anti slip dots missing. Contacted Keter customer service who resolved the issue without any problems and quickly. Would buy from again.

After a few emails back and forward, decided to phone Customer service instead, what a difference in getting issue resolved fast, now my part has been shipped within one day after waiting 3 months. Is good to be able to speak to someone at Customer service rather than automated emails.

2 months waiting on a missing part, over £500 and lack of urgencies from Keter, they simply don't care. i will avoid in the future .

Tracy from the After Sales team has been absolutely fantastic in dealing with my issue regarding spare parts. We have several Keter items and would definitely recommend as they are just brilliant.

Love the shed- there was a small piece of damage not covered by the warranty. However as a good will gesture Keter sent out a spare part. Very happy with the result! Thank you to Tracey for sorting this.

After months of frustration and stress and not getting anywhere with customer services on replacement parts for a faulty keter shed I escalated the problem higher and within 5 days I have been told I will receive a new shed within 7 days. We use our shed for home dialysis storage and have had so much ruined with all the rain since we first had the shed put up in March but the relief we feel now all thanks to Tracy for acting so promptly!!! Tracy you have been incredibly helpful,understanding and above all else excellent at getting this problem dealt with so efficiently! Thankyou
