Issue with shed roof with 15 year warranty installed 2016. Contacted customer care explained due to age I don't have the receipt and what is the process. Told that they may be able to sort, but I need to contact them every month after 15th when parts may arrive. No confirmation if they will handle or not under warranty. Requested call back from CS team manager, no response. Sent email to Escalations Team over a week ago, again no response. Very very poor customer service. I will fix the roof myself and will not be ordering any further Keter garden equipment. Avoid Quick update 25th May - Customer service manager contacted me back in Jan and advised they would order parts. No further comms and no replacement parts...
After a very bad storm, the top of my shed blew off and smashed. I contacted Keter UK for help and they took the parts identification and sent me a new lid out within 3 day. Such a brilliant company and outstanding customer service.
My personal experience with the Keter CS team has been excellent. They provided outstanding customer service and the replacement parts for my shed were shipped and delivered within 2-3 days. Happy customer.
I bought an outdoor cupboard to put in my balcony and store my bits and bobs less than 2 months ago. The recent wind broke off my door. Keter are telling me they discontinued this cupboard, have no parts, and cannot do to help because it was damage caused by the weather????? FUNNILY enough, a lot of reviews on here show that customers are getting top notch customer service even though the issue was because of weather damage. Does keter pick and choose who they want to assist? If you have discontinued this cupboard and have no parts that is NOT MY PROBLEM. Sales aftercare is non existent, what do you want me to do with this cupboard now? I haven’t even used it for 2 months, £140 gone down the drain. This is an OUTDOOR cupboard I expect it to stand strong against a bloody wind. Do not buy from this company save your money and go somewhere else

Terrible customer service, the storm broke my brackets on the roof and the roof blew off, the roof is undamaged and I contacted keter to ask if they sold or have supply of new roof brackets. We don't sell spare parts and require a receipt of purchase and then can send parts, its been a number of years and I don't have the receipt. I clearly own a keter shed as I am asking for parts, why would I ask if I did not own one? any other decent company would send the parts free of charge, but not KETER.... appalling after sales service. AVOID IF YOU CAN .it's clear with recent reviews KETER is no longer fit for purchase..weathers only gonna get worse, whilst stargazing is a lovely hobby, doing it from my KETER shed is not really what I signed up for...because customer service is useless, and won't assist I have now purchased a telescope. Outrageous customer service, very unhelpful. Shed has gone with the wind even though company claims it's "extremely sturdy"... joke. It took me to exchange around 10 emails with lots of photos, screen shots etc. just to read in the last one that warranty doesn't cover damages caused by the wind... How come??? I've stated clearly in my first email what kind of damage it was yet still they dragged it for days to tell me their final decision, even though they knew it from the begining, waste of customers time and money.
Rang Keter after a branch from a tree fell through the roof of my shed and pierced the front panel. Replacement parts were sent the next day foc and delivered 3 days later. I was willing to pay but what fantastic customer service.
Recently contacted Keter about 2 spare parts that I needed after they got damaged. I dealt with Jack who was hugely helpful and sent out the parts free of charge to the Republic Of Ireland. Hugely impressed with the customer service from Keter and would purchase their products again purely for the spares availability and customer service. Thanks.
Excellent Customer Service and Product Support Recently needed to contact Keter Customer Service department regarding broken parts on my outdoor storage box. They responded very quickly and I received the replacement parts within a few days.
**********AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY*************** Up until this week I've never had an issue with Keter products but!! 3 1/2 months ago we saved and bought the STORE-IT-OUT ULTRA UNIT all the reviews seemed good, once built we thought perfect!!! Little did we know half of the lock barrel would snap completely off (which holds the front doors and roof all in place) forcing the doors to open and the roof to fly open damaged the roof and one if the doors. Immediately I emailed Keter and explain item was clear unfit for purpose (especially with a £360 price tag) I had a quickish response asking for all the parts what were damaged, so once the rain had stopped we painstakingly wrote down each code and qualities we would need to repair the unit, but todays reply from Keter stated actually your warranty does not cover wind and we do not have any of the parts you need in stock even if you we're eligible. You seriously need to work on all aspects of your customer services. Avoid buy direct or through other companies.
Useless company , do not keep or sell spares for the products they sell , wind damaged hinges on shed , tried to purchase replacement , Took several emails to tell me that they don’t have any stock , shed a current model bought in August .
Got a plastic shed that came with a 10 year warranty. It said on the website it was sturdy and suitable for windy climate despite friends telling me not to get plastic. I believed keters claims and trusted they would honour their word. Storm after Christmas destroyed the shed. The front doors snapped inwards and with the weight of the wind inside ripped out 2 side panels which we had to remove from neighbours garden and didn’t luckily cause any damage. I find out that their warrenty doesn’t cover storm damage. ITS A SHED!!! Its literal job is outdoor weather protection and it failed miserably after only a year. How can a shed not be covered for storm damage? It survived a red and an amber warning for wind but this storm did it. I’m not expecting money back or parts (because we had to take it down to prevent any damage to neighbouring properties) but some compensation and ownership that their sheds are not suitable for our stormy weather and shouldn’t be stating on their website that they will be
I have some Keter outdoor furniture that incurred some structural damage during the recent high winds. I identified the two parts that were broken and asked Keter if they had any in stock. Less than a week later they arrived in the post. You really couldn’t ask for better after sales service than that!
Great products and brilliant service. The storage boxes are great and being sage green they match the colour of my shed and the dog’s kennel, while looking more fitting in the garden greenery. I purchased two outdoor storage boxes which were delivered on 29th Dec. I had one small part missing (wheel/castor), which had not impact on the usability of the box. I emailed the next day and received an email on 1st January confirming that the part would be sent, but there might be a delay with Christmas and New Year closures. It arrived on Friday 5th January, which is brilliant. The email I received said “We know you have a choice, thank you for choosing Keter.” This is apt and I will definitely use Keter again. The test of any company is customer service and Keter is able to do this superbly.
Very happy with the deck box. Easy to build, 1 small part received broken, but no problem getting the part replaced. Good communication with Keter who resolved the issue promptly. Thank you.
After 12 months the roof of our "store it out midi" storage unit has split. Its clearly a problem that has happened a lot as my neighbour has exactly the same issue. The hinge moves when opening and closing and wears the roof where it touches causing leaks. I first contacted Keter 4 months ago and further to previous messages have now been offered a full replacement. I am very pleased with the outcome albeit frustrating that it had to get this far. We have bought a Keter Elite Store Duotech 1150. Unfortunately both hinges are broken. This means that the lid cannot be held in place. I have tried to contact the dealer, but they cannot provide new hinges. I cannot get in touch with Keter's customer service. The 2 hinges I am missing have no.: WLPS (x2). It is simply too bad that spare parts cannot be obtained for the product 8-1-2024: I have now subsequently been contacted by Keter customer service in the UK and in DK. They have apologized for the process, and in a very short time have ensured that the requested spare parts have now been forwarded to me. I received them today, and overall I am very satisfied with the follow-up service from Keter.

Jan 26,2024I purchased a Keter product in May 2023. This product broke within a few days of normal use. I contacted customer service to request that the part was replaced. I sent in the receipt and photos. I was advised the part was on order. I have repeatedly contacted customer service since May 2023 to date. I have been polite and courteous and endeavoured to work with the company to find a solution. Today after waiting 3 days for a guaranteed telephone call back from "Jack" (the manager) nothing. I am at a loss as to how to achieve a resolution from this diabolical company. Do NOT buy a Keter product as the warranty is useless and the product is not fit for purpose or use without this part. 13.02.2024 Update: Following further communication with Keter. Jack reviewed my case and on the 12.02.2024 I received a full refund of the purchase price of the product. I am satisfied and thank Jack for the final outcome.
