My wives bought me a Keter folding work bench from Toolstation for Christmas. I was ill and could not use the bench until April and the first time I did one leg fell off and another is out of line. Have tried to contact Keter through their Service Dept which is run by a Robot and just get nowhere. Repeatedly they send me generic emails telling me ai haven't answered emails. When trying to answer that email they raised another case through the robot. I realise my item is out of contract with Toolstation but I expected better service from such a large company. Basically it is impossible to get through. Ringing the number just directs you to the fictional service department. I would have given this no stars if that was available.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a shed with broken/scratched parts (3 in my case) do not expect to receive replacement parts anytime soon. I am waiting for my replacement parts and have been for 11 months, however they are constantly out of stock and due to shipping and import delays they cannot tell me when the parts I require will be back in stock. To add to the frustration they have a policy of only sending the replacement parts once all items required are in stock, so whilst 2 of the 3 items were in stock at one point (and now no longer are) they would not send me these parts. For this reason I would avoid using this company again in the future

This is really just a reminder to buyers. I have purchased 3 store it out max bins and the keter garden bench. One of the bins lids has now badly warped and the bench now has quite a large gap on one side meaning these items are no loger fit for purpose and I honestly didn't know about the warranty so my fault,just sad that this has happened because I love the products!! The products are now a couple of years old and can't even trace back the orders. So really just remember your warranty or like me you will be left with items that are now no good!!

I bought a Keter ‘lifetime’ shed back in 2017. In September last year I noticed the corners had split leaving it open to the elements. I registered a claim and was told the parts would be dispatched when in stock. I have sent various chaser emails without response, eventually I requested a pro rata refund. Again I sent chasers and eventually received a reply requesting photos. I sent these and it has gone quiet again. I bought Keter as I was tired of replacing sheds when they rot. The shed stood up well to the elements, but the plastic on the corners are so thin that they don’t last. Very disappointed with the poor aftercare service and have resorted to posting this to see if I get a response! Edit 3/7/24 - Keter have reached out and resolved the issue to my satisfaction and so I have increased my rating. It is nice to see a company that takes the time to resolve issues raised as feedback. Restored my faith, thank you Keter.

From the help we were given in choosing our garden furniture to receive img it and using the furniture has been brilliant thank you to the ketter team will certainly be buying from them in the future

Had an issue with a shed that I ordered from Keter that was ordered via Amazon but I cannot fault Jack from the after sales team. He has resolved the issue and gone above and beyond. Thank you.

Loved the fusion music on hold. Refreshing & change from other phone lines. Very helpful lady on customer service went that extra mile trying to help me. Unable to comment on my cabinet yet as waiting for my bro to put it up, I could be in for a long wait…….

So recently bought 2 6x4 keter pent sheds through b&q, great price off b&q and free delivery so 10 out of 10 for them. The sheds go together fairly well and easily although you have to ask yourself why there aren't a few pre drilled or marked out holes especially for the door hinges which you have to slide 2 plastic fillers into the door for the hinges to screw into but hitting these are hit and miss. My main gripe is I thought I'd bought 2 x 6x4 sheds that's certainly what they are advertised as but when I was measuring up for some osb board to use as floor panels because the floor panel supplied is really weak and even when putting the shed together had to use the cardboard packaging so as not to damage it imagine my surprise to find the floor area is 5ft 5 inches by 3ft 1inch, after much searching for where the size comes from it's actually the roof area not the shed!!!! So if you want a 5x3 buy a 6x4 and allow for beefing up the floor and dont buy it if you want to lean anything up against the walls inside, if you want a proper shed buy a wooden one, I'll stick with these for now as they are water proof and dry and I need to demolish my old wooden shed but given my time back I don't think I would buy these again. Edit So I was contacted by Keter who offered me £50 towards my disappointment with these sheds which I accepted but they did then ask if I would amend my review which I won't as I think it's its only fair to air my thoughts on getting a far smaller shed than was advertised and stupidly bought 2 before realising.

I bought a Keter Corfu garden set a couple of years ago but one of the sofa legs broke recently. I sent them a message with the part number and asked whether it was possible to buy a replacement. A few days later they sent the part, really well packaged and free of charge. Really good service!

UPDATE upgraded to 4* Keter Escalations team contacted me and on Wednesday everything was resolved. Their Escalations Team Jack/Tracy have worked hard to put things right and despite the rather poor courier (DX Freight) everything went well. Hopefully Keter will address their issues with first line customer support and their lack of spares, my advice if you have issues is to contact escalations. Previous Review 1* When I went to assemble my Keter Allibert Monaco Lounge Set dark brown with light brown cushion, I found some parts damaged or broken so I contacted Keter by telephone 8-5-2024. During the conversation I was ask to email them with all the details and receipt so they could create a ticket, which I did and they created the ticket the same day Case #01128759 which was promising. However 5 days later I was contacted by an Eddie Dean (Keter CS) who asked what colour the set was as it wasn't clear from the photos. I responded brown although I had already written that in my first email back on the 8th... "I bought this dark brown with light brown cushion lounge set" On the 15th May I received, as so many reviewers have a response from Eddie "Unfortunately, the parts that you require are not in stock at the moment. This has been placed on backorder." No timescales despite the set still being on sale, i.e. a current model, so I replied back asking for a timeframe which was ignored, I chased again 27th May and again 31 May to no avail as Eddie had gone silent! I decided to phone again 3rd June as my emails had gone unanswered and was put though to a Hila Heaps who seemed to be communicating from Asia. She was not really any help just saying that spare parts come in monthly and that they haven't received them for this set and so this is where I am left. That is, without a functioning furniture set to enjoy this fine weather that does not last long in the UK! It seems to make no sense with not being able to supply replacement parts, This just causes one frustration and disappointment which I'm sure could be avoided IF Keter got their act together and made sure that they had sufficient spare parts to service their customers or at the very least made sure if they don't that excessive wait times (without any timeframe that puts their customers in limbo) are not commonplace. In addition, that their customers are updated regularly if there are delays and not stonewalled instead, Thanks Eddie! Simply appalling after care and CS

This is an edited review, upgraded after customer service intervention. A part of my item was missing. Initially I was dismissed by the customer service rep. But after a more senior rep was made aware of the problem, the team went above and beyond to solve the problem. The unit is good, the problem is solved, and everyone is happy now.

My Keter Nova lid was damaged in February and I sent photos to Keter to show them the defects with the lid and they agreed to replace it free of charge and after numerous phone calls to Keter I am still waiting for the replacement lid it is now the 14th June and I still haven't received the replacement lid the last call I made I asked to speak to a manager and I am still waiting to speak to someone I don't think this customer service is acceptable.

Geweldige service! Het gaat om Keter Benelux B.V. uit Rijen (NL). De deksel van onze Keter Brushwood Opbergbox - 570L zat kapot in de doos. Na het invullen van het contactformulier van de klantenservice van keter.com waar je direct foto's kunt bijvoegen, kreeg ik binnen 2 dagen bericht dat het vervangende onderdeel zonder verdere kosten toegezonden zou worden! Dat gebeurde binnen een paar dagen alleen helaas deze deksel stond helemaal bol. Ik heb de antwoordmail van de vorige keer beantwoord wederom foto's toegevoegd en opnieuw kregen wij binnen een paar dagen zonder verdere kosten een nieuwe deksel. Onze box kan nu gelukkig in gebruik genomen worden ter vervanging van een soortgelijk model van Keter waarvan we ruim 15 jaar veel plezier gehad hebben.

Ordered califonia Garden set, apon unpacking and building, items within sealed packets damaged and broken. Must have been packed and sealed damaged at factory. Items damaged in transit, table top damaged, items are poorly protected within box's. Customer services only open ,9am until 4pm mon/Fri. Requested a returned of items due to poor quality. Received a call from courier to collect, nothing from keter customer services. Very bad...

If I could give this company no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Told me to call a different number for delivery when I rang said delivery team is in training till 17th June I called o. The 13th. For a stress free life AVOID

I ordered a Keter Nova storage box. Upon emptying the box I noticed that one of the side panels had a part snapped off. It was laying in the box as I removed the part. I tried to phone Keter, the phonelines are offline. I tried to email Keter, the online contact form isnt working. It was only through Trust Pilot I could find a contact address. What a hopeless company. Best avoid. I have contacted ceuk two days ago but am yet to receive an acknowledgement or reply.

I have purchased a Keter California 5 seater sofa set from Argos. On receiving the original delivery, the 2 chairs were both damaged. The box was intact so it appears the chairs were packaged and dispatched damaged. Argos arranged a replacement which I’ve waited a week for and today the replacement chairs have also arrived damaged, again with a perfectly intact, undamaged box so again appear to have been packed and dispatched damaged. Keter customer services very unhelpful. Not happy as now have to wait up to another 15 days for a replacement which will no doubt probably arrived damaged again!

On the 27th April 2024 I reported to Keter that we had a damaged part to our Keter 6x8 ft Darwin shed. They gave me a case No - A case has been created for your inquiry: 01120774. After over a week of not hearing anything, I contacted them to be told they had no replacement parts, it would be placed on back order or we could send the shed back complete. My husband had already started to assemble it & thrown away all packaging. So I instructed them that we would wait for the part. The Darwin shed has been back in stock online, but still not heard anything. So we have a shed with a door that will not lock properly. I have emailed them further & not had any correspondence back, thus resulting in my negative feedback. I will never purchase from Keter again!

KETER.. customer service non existent. This is my second review on trust pilot highlighting the broken doors on my shed thats less than 1 year old as i feel its the only way in which i can get a response. You told me to email your escalation team which i did i was hoping this would be the start of having the problem fixed.. but once again nothing. KETER come on, this is absolutely ridiculous. PLEASE dont tell me to email escalations again.. all i have from KETER is a broken shed and no answers !!
