I bought a Keter store it out midi back in December 23. One of the hinges was broken, so I contacted customer service who promised to replace the door once they had one in stock. 3 months later with no further response, I contacted the escalation team. Jack called and within a week the problem was solved. thanks to Jack, Keter`s customer service is now excellent and well deserving of 5 stars
Darwin Sheds. I purchased a 8 x 6 and 6 x 4 Darwin Shed where the side panels started to split. I was unable to get the panels secured prior to the storms earlier this year, which resulted in the 8 x 6 shed getting destroyed in the wind. I contacted the customer service department who either failed to respond to emails in a timely manner or failed to answer phone calls, when they did respond they just gave excuses as to why it was not their responsibility as they don’t give warranty for weather damage. Eventually I came across Jack McCallum in the customer escalations who phoned within a couple of hours after logging my complaint, he listened to what had occurred and sent me 4 x new side panels and a full refund for the 8 x 6 shed. Habe eine Gartenbox bestellt. Lieferung mit Hermes top, vielleicht etwas lange Lieferzeit. Aber die Sendung und die Ware sind in Ordnung, darauf kommt es an. Gleich aufgebaut, ohne Probleme.
My keter jumbo was broken in to and the lid bar completely broken. I contacted keter and spoke to a Eddie Dean, who sent me a replacement within a few days. I am extremely grateful to have my unit secure again.
I emailed Keter to see If I could purchase some replacement hinges for my shed. They replied saying they don't sell replacements however they'd send me some free of charge. Days later they arrived and my shed Is now like new again. Amazing company and customer service. Special thank you to Eddie. Cheers mate.
I have had my shed a year now. It was the second attempt to deliver. They just cancelled at short notice for the original date. I had parts missing, a damaged roof part and two scratched doors. The base is brittle and collapsed and I have now boarded it with wood to ensure it won't happen again. (Nothing heavy on it) I was promised the parts and door would be replaced. A year later I am still waiting. Good luck to anyone who is promised anything by this company. From parts to qualify. The after sales service is poor. A culture of dealing with complaints rather than resolve them I have contacted Keter recently and once again informed they will look into it, but nothing happens. I have now given up and have to put it down to a life lesson and regret my purchase.

Vorig jaar een Keter buitenkast gekocht. Het viel op dat de kast uit flubberig materiaal bestaat, dwz. Weinig grip van de schroeven. Ik had er wat hout in opgeslagen, maar daardoor gingen alle kanten uitlubberen en het was niet eens veel hout.. De deuren gingen niet goed dicht en nu is ook nog eens een draaipunt van een scharnier finaal afgebroken. Kortom, voor € 400,00 een prul artikel gekocht en ik geef hem mee met het grof vuil. Dit is beantwoord door Keter in het Engels en op 14 mei 2024 doorgestuurd aan de Nederlandse afdeling en op 25 juni 2024 heb ik van hen geen enkele reactie mogen ontvangen. Zo blijkt dat bij Keter dus te gaan. U bent bij deze dus gewaarschuwd
I needed new hinges for my Store it out Arc storage box. I requested these by email. My request was handled efficiently and I received the hinges without delay. Thank you Keter.
Ich habe den Lagerschuppen Alto 1400L direkt bei Keter.com erworben. Der Artikel kam beschädigt an. Kratzer, Dellen und schließt nicht richtig. Also für den aufgerufene Preis von 400€ absolut inakzeptabel. Daraufhin wurde der Customer Service kontaktiert und über diesen eine Zusage von einem Preisnachlass zugesichert. Jedoch ist Keter seit dem nicht zu erreichen und antwortet nicht auf Mails. Die Serviceleistungen ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich würde das Produkt nicht empfehlen und der Service ist katastrophal. Definitiv meine erste und letze Bestellung bei Keter.
I purchased the Keter Darwin 6x4 ft shed. Few problems with this. The outter parts to create the roof do not fit together and do not slot well. It creates big gaps for the roof. Iv tried many ways to try slot it together however its a case of the plastic too is small to allow the other part too slot together. Secondly I am missing about 15 screws to attach the plastic base to the walls so I can’t complete this part. You will receive a part called DrMSB which is supposed to slot into the plastic base a then screw to the wall. The space provided in the base is not big enough for this part so I can’t add them either. The worst part is the door. It’s miss-shaped so it does not fit flush, more of a shove to get it into the gap. The screws provided to attach the hinges are too big to penetrate the metal. I cannot add the door to this shed. The screws have actually damaged the metal holes twisting the metal away but will not go through. I can’t attach the door at all and have tried both sides. Keter do have a contact us tab on their website but when you click on it, it says loading and never appears, cannot get in contact with them. Poor quality, not what was advertised. Completely miss sold.
Service extremely straightforward and excellent. Contacted Keter with a problem. This was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service they provided.
We have 5 Keter products and in the main find them great! They are stylish, practical, well designed and easy to assemble with the supplied instruction detail. Unfortunately one of our units suffered some damage and after finding the right people to talk to at Keter, they found a great solution for us. Thank you to the Keter after sales team!
Company has no way of contacting them after purchase without information I haven't got. This means a simple question cannot be answered. Recommend you do not buy from them.
The storage box was brittle and flimsy. One side panel was broken on delivery. Keter sent a replacement panel instantly. When we put the box together all went smoothly until we moved it into position when there was a crack very brittle. On complaining Keter had no hesitation in refunding the money. Product 2 star after sales service 5 star.
Purchased the Keter Store It Out Max 1200L from Argos. Had to make contact with the manufacturer due to the plastic having rough edges, probable due as a result of the extraction from the mold. The initial Keter help desk advised to return to Argos, but the unit has been built, so a return is not possible. Although Keter will replace a part, this is the whole unit except for the floor. The original help desk personal was unable or unwilling to provide further assistance. Escalation within the help desk, probable due this original review, has completely resolved the problem. First class service from Jack in the escalation team.
Excellent customer service and response time! I have an outdoor storage box from Keter, very sturdy and well made, loads of space for storing outdoor items. I bought it a while before I was able to build it and needed an extra part which they sent out to me within no time. Really easy to use service, friendly and speedy!
Put the keter 1200ltr storage box together, the doors do not line up with the hinge screw holes , there are all pit so the doors can't shut and gaps down the side wich will let rain in , an absolute waste of money, you can't reposition the screws as it will make the holes to big and loose , tried contacting keter with no luck

May 20,2024No communication, now outside of its 15 day max delivery schedule when ringing customer services they want me to chase after the courier? this is a very poor experience with this company. Update: Had 2 follow up telephone conversations 1 with a another customer service agent who had the delivery company ring me within an hour and arrange delivery and the 2nd with a after sales customer service coordinator who apologised and explained really well next steps. Bottom line I’ve now got my delivery date although has taken 22days and an apology.
