J'ai eu un problème sur mon abris keter Factory suite a un coup vent les charnières d'une porte ont éclatées j'ai demandé si les pièces été en sav( la porte,les charnières) pas de sav mais je n'ai pas demandé en garantie j'étais prêt à payer ces pièces ils m'ont envoyé Les charnières les seuls pièces dispos qu'ils avaient et cela gratuitement et sans frais de livraison pour cela chapeau keter
I'm updating my review - Keter have responded and so have Argos. They have arranged delivery of a replacement shed and are collecting the old one. DON'T BUY A KETER SHED. Very bad customer service. The mouldings are not precise - they are not even complete - I had to drill a hole because there was not one where there should have been. Also, the fixings which hold the floor to the wall, plastic large screws, don't fit properly. It won't stand up. I put it up and it fell down. It's dangerous. Do not buy. I bought it through Argos - they had a picture of a grey shed but no wording to say it was grey. So I emailed Argos to ask if it was grey - no reply. So I thought, well, the picture is definitely grey, it must be grey. I opened it and it is an odd colour. Kind of beige but not grey. I called customer services and at first she said the Factor sheds are all grey. Then she came back and said they are all brown, I said you said they were all grey and she told me I must have mis heard her. I didn't mis-hear her, they don't want to take responsibility for their products. She wanted me off the phone and told me to go back to Argos. Argos website directs me back to Keter. Argos are not responding and so I have a broken shed in the wrong colour. I paid £1000 for this shed. Not happy. BUYER BEWARE.
I don't know if some of the plastic parts are warped but nothing seems to fit properly. Three days trying to erect a 10x8 shed seems a tad excessive. As far as we are aware we followed the instructions to the letter. The base is level so that isn't the problem. I live in a retirement complex and wooden huts are deemed to be a fire hazard but I have never had the problems with a wooden hut I am experiencing now.
High winds damaged my Premier XL storage box. Emailed Keter and had a same day response, had to provide address and pictures of the damage. Took the next day for Keter to respond to say that replacement parts being sent out. That is fantastic customer service. Thanks Keter UK.

Today I have successfully assembled a Keter Manor apex roof 6x4 shed, with a friend, in just over three hours. The instructions were perfectly adequate, though it is worth looking at them on line beforehand, so you are aware of what is involved. Quality was excellent and only being of lightweight construction seems strong enough. Some fitting is tricky, especially the roof. Certainly better starting a one end and working along. A good electric screwdriver is essential. Overall, an attractive and practical shed.
Purchased this as I thought well known brand, should be good…. I was wrong! If anyone has managed to ever get a roof onto one of these things then I’d love to know how. Seems very flimsy and the plastic just bends. Will be sending back and buying a good old wooden shed

I bought a Darwin 6x8ft shed. I had an issue with a part missing. I contacted Keter customer service. The issue was resolved very quickly and I received the part within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service. 5 stars.
Absolutely terrible to put together, screws missing, had to get someone in for the roof. Doors dont align and are way out. Utter waste of a lot of money and so so disappointing as it's money we can't afford to waste.
Assembled/erecting a Manor Pent 6x4 shed. Assembly instructions were good except that we had a real problem when it came to putting the roof on. I believe that a redesign is required to make it easier to put the roof on.personally I think that an open channel would be better which would eliminate the need for the spatula. A bit of a nightmare to say the least.
I recently contacted Keter customer service as one of the walls of the garden storage unit I had purchased 6 moths previously had become warped. This in turn resulted in the doors and roof not fitting and subsequently water seeped in during a storm. They were very good and sent me replacement parts expediently. There is a 15 year guarantee with this product and they certainly recognised this. I cannot thank them enough for the assistance received.
I needed a part from my Curver Bin to be replaced and contacted Keter. I was extremely impressed by the response I received and stunned by the fact that the part was sent to me free of charge. I have rarely received such good after-sales service like this and I will now be a committed customer for life. Thank you very much for a great experience.
