Had 2 of my Store it out max lids broken in recent storm, and 4 weeks later I am still waiting for replacement lids to be dispatched, when ringing up just keep getting told they have no update, can not understand why, but will send an email.On ringing again just keep going told the sane thing. Can someone sort this out? Meanwhile all my garden stuff inside is getting very wet

I bought a Keter Store it hich solved thxcellent product and excellent customer service.e problem.Out Pro 3 years ago and have been very pleased with it until recently when the hydraulic struts seem to have become weakened and the lid would not stay up. I contacted Keter and they promptly sent me a pair of new, stronger struts which solved the problem.
Keter provided a small replacement part for a ten year old garden storage box FREE OF CHARGE! Unprecedented in my experience of similar companies. I have several of their garden products which have always come up to expectations at an affordable price. Well done Keter
Was in need of a pair of gas rams for the lid of my (several year old) “store it out” bin store. Dana at Keter customer service was very pleasant and helpful and sorted my problem straight away. I like Keter products anyway, and due to this experience, I will certainly purchase more in future. Brilliant service.
Have the store it out max garden box. Damaged by the recent Storm Eowyn. Thought it was damaged beyond repair so bought a brand new one from Argos. On further inspection I found that my original was repairable with two new hinges for the lid and one hinge for one of the doors. Managed to find the lid hinges on eBay but couldn’t find the door hinge. Called to see if I could purchase it directly from Keter. This box was old so not under warranty. Sent a few details via email and next day I received an email to say they would send free of charge. Absolutely top notch customer service on this occasion. OK, I’m out of pocket for a second box but it will be useful to have another. Thanks guys. 😊

Really helpful customer service team - we have a garden storage bench at our allotment and the lid had been vandalised and was broken. Keter very kindly sent out a replacement to us free of charge. I am really impressed and very grateful for their help.
Generally good products for outdoor storage. Easily put together, better than a lot of cheap competitors I had an issue with an outdoor storage unit that was damaged by some wind. I got onto Keter customer service and they provided a partial refund which I was very happy with . I will continue to use Keter products as I do not see a viable alternative that beats their quality.
I ordered a unit from Keter and considering the high cost, I was expecting decent quality. When I went to build the unit several of the panels were damaged, as if it had been dropped. Trying to get hold of anyone that day was impossible as their customer service line stopped at 4pm so I attempted to use their online contact. It was almost 24 hours before I got a response which told me they don’t sell parts and only replace parts under warranty. All the information they required was in my initial contact form so it very much felt like I was being fobbed off. I then said I wanted the parts replaced but that I have no way of disposing of the broken panels. Apparently this isn’t their problem. I am now on day 3, the unit is half built and not at all stable, I then called customer service who didn’t seem to have the slightest clue how to resolve anything and just kept telling me the person I was talking to online was dealing with it. I have gone round in circles trying to sort this, there have been no apologies for the inconvenience, no suggestions of how to resolve it and I feel like I’m interacting with a lump of deadwood. I have just spent over £230 on a damaged unit and cannot get sense out of this company. In frustration I have now requested a full refund and collection of the damaged unit. I have a feeling this will not be straight forward. To say I am angry is an understatement. Will absolutely NEVER buy anything from them again. *Update* As expected the collection has been an absolute farce. The carrier has been to the property twice now and refused to take the unit away. It was initially wrapped in parcel tape which I was informed by customer services would be sufficient. Seemingly not. This is apparently a health and safety risk 🤯 it is now in a box which did unfortunately get wet today but there is little I can do about the weather. They have now refused to take it again and want me to go out and buy black bin liners to cut up and wrap around the box. Keter’s escalation team were sent an email first thing and I am yet to hear anything from them.
I recently lost part of the roof from my Keter Shed in the very high winds. After contacting Keter they helped me find the part number and offered to replace this part Free of Charge as a good will gesture as my shed was outwith the warranty. They have gone above and beyond to help me and I highly recommend Keter for excellent Customer Service.
Excellent customer service I recently moved home and misplaced parts for putting my bench back together and emailed to see if I could get the parts needed even though I didn’t have a receipt as it was a gift I am being sent the parts as a goodwill gesture so very happy with this All correspondence was handled by Tamara in a quick and friendly manner
I had a problem with replacement parts, and the level of service I received from the operative Keren was exemplary. I have been a long time customer of Keter, and will continue to be so with that level of old school customer service which seems to be dying elsewhere.
Brought many of the storage boxes and evertime we had one damaged by a storm, which happens quiet abit living by the sea! You can never get replacement parts especially the top lids. You’re basically told they anre out of stock and you have to buy a new one even though it’s less than 12 months old. This is from the company that says that they care about the environment when you have to just throw the old one away and buy a new one.! So emailed again after the reply they left to say something had clearly gone wrong! But no got the same reply parts NOT IN STOCK and no ETA for restocking of parts, so have to buy a whole new one and through this one out, not very environmentally is it!
Hello, I purchased a £600 shed, Kept the receipt with the box and when I had an issue with side panels going brittle I contacted customer service with a list of Parts needed in order to fix the shed Properly, They took my list and asked for photos of the damage and photos of the receipt And then advised me that only some parts were in stock and the rest are on Back Order, I would much Rather prefer the truth and not a Bunch of lies and tell me there is no chance of you getting your parts and our warrenty is worthless at least then I could stop wasting all this time hoping for a parcel that will never arrive. Since last September I have emailed 6 times asking /Begging for my parts to be sent out and I offered to pay for all the parts and delivery DESPITE Still being under Warrenty. Absolutely NOTHING.. I can see a few People have said the same thing and are having the same issues, Rather than waste money on another Keter shed I have decided to make one out of Blocks and will take Another Waste of plastic to the landfil Site. For those People who read this and wish to stick with keter John Pye auctions sell approx 60 broken returned Keter products every week and you may be lucky getting replacement parts from there Also you Got A 100% more chance than getting them of Keter, Never Again will I Waste money On a Keter Product.
After severe winds the roof of my Meter shed was badly damaged. I contacted their helpline and was really impressed with their positive response. I had to fill in an online form and a few days later I was informed that a replacement part was dispatched, which I have now received. Excellent customer service.
I recently had the need to request a replacement part for my Keter cupboard. Whilst storm damage wasn’t covered under the warranty, as a gesture of goodwill, Keter replaced it free of charge (I was prepared to pay for it)! My case was handled by Tamara and was processed, from start to finish, within 5 working days. Thank you, Keter, I really appreciate your help in this matter.
This company is absolutely fantastic . Over the years any replacement parts I repaired were dealt with within 24 hrs and sent out immediately. Had a problem this week and customer service yet again replied within 24hrs and arranged a replacement part . This is how customer service should be and . Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big thank you once again .
I contacted Keter regarding replacement parts for a Keter Manor Shed which was severely damage during the recent storm. I was already aware that storm damage would not be covered by Keter warranty. However, my request for the supply of parts was dealt with by Tamara who was quick to confirm that the parts required would be provided as a gesture of good will. I am very pleased with the friendly and efficient manner in which Tamara dealt with my enquiry and I look forward to receiving all the parts needed shortly. John (Northern Ireland)
