Jul 07,2022Most common points when you come across a new website. 1- Authenticity I had my doubts about this website but this a true, genuine,authentic, legal, valid WEBSITE. 2 Contact details and staff Staff did reply to my queries about the product via email on time and I even spoke to them on phone after which I made my decision to order. 3 Delivery, Handling & Packaging Delivery was before time and the link was shared by them where I could check for updates and even called them again to understand how it works and again very patiently it was explained by the lady on phone. Well packed and received in good condition. 4- Price and Product- For me it was a bargain and products are genuine 5- After sales service Unfortunately there is an electrical glitch in one of the product and some features of the product are not functional but again I have raised the complain and there is a response from their side with proper follow up. Other things in my order are working fine. I AM SURE WITH THE WAY THINGS HAVE GONE SO FAR THERE WILL BE A FEASIBLE SOLUTION . UPDATE- I RECEIVED MY REPLACEMENT AND THEY EVEN PAID FOR THE COURIER CHARGES FOR RETURN SHIPPING. COMMUNICATION WAS ALSO GOOD VIA EMAIL AND PHONE. EXTREMELY HAPPY 😊

Jul 06,2022Website quoted 8-12 days to arrive, took 32!! By the time it arrived I had left the country so bought another stroller locally to take traveling with me. I expected they would cover the cost of returning the item as a good will gesture, as they did not uphold the terms of sale, but they refused. Customer support refused to even let me make a formal complaint. I couldn’t get beyond the generic info email address. *Edit after reply - As I informed customer care on multiple occasions, I was out of the country when the item arrived - I was not advised once by customer care to refuse delivery to avoid having to pay for returns, as they have stated in their reply to this review. Terrible, terrible customer service.

Jul 05,2022Custom duty Vat All products you buy from kidsroom are subject to 20% VAT (every product has to pay this)and also custom duty which is 5%+ Unless after paying all taxes the product is still cheaper than you buy in the ＵＫ there is no point buying. Don’t forget, if product is faulty, you have to pay delivery to the EU for repair or exchange. They only cover delivery cost which is from EU to the ＵＫ😂 It is not clear on their website about these taxes and delivery costs

Jul 29,2022I ordered an Inglesina Aptica XT System Quattro with Infant Car Seat Darwin as a present to my daughter who is having her first child. I saw the system at a reputable baby store in Spain and loved it! I was going to buy the system there, but they wanted to charge me VAT plus I would’ve had to pay the airline hundreds of Euros for extra baggage fees. I’m not a EU citizen so VAT should not apply to my purchases. We really wanted the system for our grandchild and after researching online, my husband came across kidsroom.com. The site had excellent reviews and it was rated very secure. We went ahead and ordered several items from the website. I’m happy to share that all of the items arrived in California as promised (2-3 weeks). My daughter an son-in-law LOVE every piece we purchased for the baby! I am very happy with my purchase and I would definitely buy from them again! I highly recommend this website!
