I have a bad experience with the shipping to Saudi Arabia, they only offer expensive DHL shipping but the courier is Saudi post office. I order a large bed and I had to drive to the post office to pick it up ( they don’t deliver to your house). When I complained to kidsroom , they said there is nothing to do for you and I should contact DHL who only speaks German and i dont speak German!!!
I got the easywalker miley2 i was looking for that new colors which i was so happy to find here. I received it in exactly three weeks as they said in great condition the quality is amazing great for new borns onwards . Easy to open close and smooth and light when pushing. Customer service is great too. Which all made me make a second order for a carseat cant wait to have it!

Il est très facile de passer commande et payer cependant si vous avez un problème le suivi client est exécrable. Impossible de les contacter par tél, le personnel parle qu’Allemand et n’essaie même pas de vous trouver une solution. J’ai tenté de leurs écrire via leur site internet, attention seule 200 lettres sont autoriser pour ensuite vous répondre que le message doit être rédiger seulement en anglais ou allemand alors qu’il y a Google traduction qui existe. Bref j’ai demandé à une amie d’appeler qui parle allemand aucune tentative de solution n’a essayer d’être trouvée pour mon problème (erreur de commande) J’ai payé 25.- de frais de livraison pour la Suisse, plus surprise 70.- de frais de douane, et tout ça pour rien car le re envoie c’est encore pour ma charge (je n’ose même pas savoir le prix de mon grand carton de poussette, ils n’ont même pas voulu m’envoyer un bon de retour. Extrêmement déçu, plus jamais je ne commanderais sur ce site.

Super pleased with the customer service and how smooth the transaction went through. 5* rating. Placed the order and it was sent out for delivery for the following day. Product took 2 weeks in total- thought this was pretty quick considering it was international delivery- Germany to the UK. Pleased with the purchase.
Awful experience! I’ve ordered a baby crib with a set of acessories for it and payed more than 100€ delivery cost. In a few days I’ve got an email saying my order was shipped in 2 packages - the crib separately and all the accessories separately. In few more days I’m getting an email from customer support saying that the crib is too big to be send with DHL, so they need to send it with DHL Express and for that I have to pay 130€ more. And I mean, I can cancel the crib, but what I would do to the accessories to it when the 2nd package comes? Return it for my own money? I agreed to pay extra cost for delivery, got the package with the crib, but the 2nd package got lost. I waited for it for 1 month exactly to be in transit, contacted customer support and got a feeling I’ve fit some scam scheme. They request me to either create a new order for exactly the same items and then they’ll send it. Or to pay 50 more euro shipping cost for sending it with DHL Express. This is INSANE!!! I’ve made an order on the website by the prices of the website, by the shipping cost written on the website and planning the shipping during the shipping timeline on the website. And after I’ve already done all that - here I am. With my due date coming, with having a crib with no accessories for it, which I don’t know what I should do with it, with request from the website to pay more FOR A SECOND TIME ALREADY!!! Is it my fault that the order was split into 2 shipments? Why I’m being the one who should pay and handle all thr risk of the shipping that I have NO POSSIBLE CONTROL OVER??? And BTW, there was NO OPTION TO CHOSE ANY OTHER SHIPMENT METHOD AS WELL AS TO KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT 100€ DELIVERY COST IN THE END WILL BECOME 300€! Awful service and I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND using it, especially if you’re pregnant and don’t need all the extra stress! This is just awful!
J’ai été agréablement surpris par la l’efficacité et la rapidité dont ma commande a été traiter!!! La commande a été passé le mercredi à 14h27 et reçu le samedi à 9h48 dans un état irréprochable.
