Товар отправили где-то через неделю, посылка шла около двух недель. С покупкой всё в порядке, товар высшего качества! Были сложности с обратной связью. Форма на сайте не сработала, удалось связаться с поддержкой после трёх дней попыток. И подпортило впечатление начисление таможенной пошлины. Впервые с этим столкнулась, знатно поволновалась. Было бы классно на сайте сделать памятку о том, что покупки свыше 200 евро облагаются налоговым сбором. Или напоминать об этом на этапе оформления покупки.
DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this website! Spent over $400 to buy a trike for my LO back in Oct. Their website states standard shipping to Australia via DHL (which costed me over $100) is 15 business days and might take up to 6 weeks due to COVID. Chased them up after 6 weeks and was told they are investigating and it’ll take another 10 weeks with a possibility of parcel lost. And they even have the guts to blame me for not paying $270 for express shipping in the first place. Refused to refund or provide any goodwill compensation. Very rude customer service.

It's my first buy on kidsroom, simple and quickly searching for the item you want. Because I'm oversea customer, although waiting for about 3 weeks to receive the product, but I'm satisfied. If you don't mind it have to wait a period of time, it's recommended.
The website advertises the delivery in 3 weeks. After several attempts to contact the customer service and 6 weeks since the purchase, I am advised that my parcel might be lost and they need to investigate. I am also told that it might take 8 weeks to investigate. So 6 weeks no product plis 8bweeks investigation. Are you kidding me? I want my $600 back to purchase a baby chair!!!!! Do not purchase from this website. This is a huge mistake if not a scam.
I got a defective carseat but they don’t send me a replacement or give full refund. They keep saying send it back via seamail but due to covid, there is currently no seamail from us to germany. I paid the full price, and wasted my time to go to ups and usps with a heavy carseat to get a quote but they keep saying the usps quote is too expensive so they cannot cover the shipping cost. If 200 dollars is expensive to you, 628 dollars of a non-functioning carseat is expensive to me. Do not buy anything from them. I looked into consumer right for goods sold in europe either online or offline and it says that you are responsible for any costs for defective item or you should give a full refund or replacement. I captured the law and sent to them but they just ignore it. Give my 628 dollars back. I jsut saw your reply. Please reply to these: 1. Usps costs about 200 dollars and ups costs more than 1000 dollars. I said I can send by usps not ups. I didn’t request more than 1000 dollars. Usps costs about 200 dollars. This is my first time shopping on the website kidsroom.de. The experience is good except for the long delivery time which might be caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
