Nov 12,2021I would like to thank kidsroom team for great purchase experience we had while buying the child bed with delivery from Germany to Russia. Although we were doubtful whether the delivery will make it safely, it came in good condition, and we were updated via track link on the whole way. And the bed itself, it matched exactly the description and fitted well our bedroom. I am sure the next time we will need to buy something abroad, we will definitely check it on kidsroom website. It took about 20 days to deliver from Germany to Moscow, but I guess mostly due to Russian post service and customs.

Nov 10,2021Excellent service, fast delivery, good communication, good prices. I was concerned if I would be taxed as my shipment was coming to UK, however I have not. The products I bought (yo-yo accessories) were less than 50 euros so maybe that’s the reason. I haven’t bought my pram there in fear of the tax, maybe if they could show on the website a rough calculation people in UK would be more inclined to risk. I can definitely recommend for small items! I’ll be buying again, because the price is best than in UK. Thanks

Nov 05,2021Купили кресло britax romer i-SIZE. Долго выбирали. Подкупила марка, качество, безопасность (тесты) и комфорт ребёнка в нем. Кресло очень понравилось. Ребёнок ездит с удовольствием, спать комфортно в нем за счёт спинки, которая откидывается под его весом (нужно правда предварительно откинуть спинку сидения, на котором стоит кресло). Кресло достаточно компактное и не очень широкое, что очень удобно, особенно, когда 2-3 кресла в ряду. Цвет очень красивый, коньячный. В установке никаких проблем не было, все интуитивно понятно, плюс прилагается инструкция (спрятана сзади сидения снизу в отдельном кармашке). Спасибо большое за быструю отправку. Доставка до Перми заняла всего 11 дней.

Nov 04,2021Extremely bad customer service and support, rude and doesn’t care...takes them ages to reply. Misleading delivery information on the website - 2 weeks delivery is 6 weeks in reality. They claim we overlooked this which isn’t true. It’s actually quite rude to blame the customer only because they are unable to adhere to their international shipping timelines. Another reason is pandemic, well this has been around for a while so adjust your terms! Had the same experience twice. I would not recommend to order from them at all.
