Oct 01,2021I recently ordered a Babyzen Yoyo stroller, cup holder and rain cover from Kidsroom.de. It was significantly cheaper than it is to buy here in the UK. It took 5 days to arrive and I'm so pleased with it. Great communication, tracking numbers were sent quickly. Overall very happy with the experience and will definitely shop here again. Thank you!

All very easy and smooth. Don’t listen to the one star reviewers, especially those who didn’t order express delivery, then gave this shop one star for late delivery. Ask for express!

Sep 23,2021Excellent experience! Even with delivery to the UK, very positive experience. Customer service super and quick with email replies when I queried how to release my package from UK customs. This was really easy and straight forward so if you’re in the UK, it’s still very much worth while ordering from this website. The delivery company get in touch when you need to pay any customs charges in order to deliver your package. Product arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition. Definitely recommend this website.

Sep 23,2021Package was in tact. It took only approximately 12 days to reach the items which was shipped from Germany to the UAE. Super attentive and excellent customer care support. If the total value of the product exceeds 1000dhs, an amount around 350dhs to be paid as UAE customs duty.

Sep 23,2021Ordered a car seat that isn't available easily in Ireland despite it scoring highest in safety tests. Easy to navigate website. Delivery information was sent out in English & German so I was able to easily check on status of my order with the courier. Delivery was 7 working days after I ordered so that was really great. Very happy with packaging & the product.

Sep 19,2021I paid kidsroom for the delivery of my order. When the parcel was delivered to my house, i was asked again to pay US$15 because kidsroom did not pay for the delivery at destination. I find it that kidsroom was not transparent about the delivery service and cost. I could have bought the same item from other suppliers with cheaper delivery cost. Also, the packing of the item was poor and unsafe for what’s been shipped.

Then I bought a babyzen connect instead of a regular babyzen 🤦♂️. I reached out via email to see if I could return it and I was happily surprised that 1. It was the same Janina who responded instead of another agent 2. She happily said they’d accept to return. She was friendly, helpful and willing to understand my own stupidity. Very happy with kids room and Janina especially
