Oct 21,2021Produkte und Preise für gekaufte Produkte sind in Ordnung. Die Produkte werden sehr gut verpackt verschickt. Einen Stern Abzug für die Dauer des Versands (ca. 1 Woche), da es sehr ungünstig ist, wenn man einen/mehrere Artikel zeitnah braucht.

Oct 13,2021I ordered a pram in August with an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks - I wasn't kept up to date regarding the delays of delivery, and after 2 months and following up a few times I found out that I needed to pay custom fees of nearly £200 as well. After contacting customer service about my disappointment in the delay of the delivery and the unexpected charges, all they said was that it is stated on the website that you may be charged custom fees. Overall a poor experience and disappointing that they didn't offer some sort of a goodwill refund.

I bought a regular stroller in Japan, but there was a product I couldn't find, so I found kidsroom.de while searching the internet. The response at this place was very good, and my wife and I had no complaints about the delivery either. It will be a good gift for the child who will be born soon. Danke schön.
