Jul 08,2021We bought a car seat for our child in April and based on their website information we were supposed to receive the package in 3 days by DHL post. After many calls, the customer service was keeping lying to us that she send the package which she didn’t. She even didn’t have a tracking number. After 13 days she gave us a tracking number but when we called DHL post, they said that they haven’t received the package since she didn’t ask for pickup yet. We tried to cancel it and she was keep lying that she already sent the package and she can’t cancel it!!! After 2 month we could get our money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. In addition, there is no manager that you complain about it.
