Aug 31,2021I received my items, in perfect condition about 25 days after ordering.Living in Seychelles, it still cost me cheaper than to buy locally. Baby products are horribly overpriced. I told my friends about this wonderful site, and i really hope that there are promotions often, so as to prompt us to buy more . I simply love the site. Thank you Kidsroom team

Aug 26,2021I bought a children autochair on the kidsroom.de, it was easy, quickly and through two weeks I get it from postoffice in Moscow. Firstly I thought that DHL will deliver the chair to my house, but it became to the post. No problem, i took it to my car. Good site, I recommend!

Aug 18,2021The website is easy to navigate. Pricing is good for international buyers outside of the EU because local dealers of the same brands could be asking for 20% more for the same items. Delivery is on time and product safely packaged. Overall, this is been a very positive experience.

Aug 17,2021First time shopping with kidsroom for my child car seat to be delivered to UAE. Was quite skeptical initially given the negative reviews on timely delivery and shipping. Contrary to these negativities, the updates/ tracking on the order and shipment (from DHL) was prompt and the item reached in 10 days, within committed 12 days delivery. Wonderful experience I must say.

Aug 15,2021Заказала коляску britax 2 в 1 smile 3 выбрала Ваш магазин, т.к была расцветка(Nordic grey), которую к сожалению в моей стране не продают. Очень порадовала быстрая доставка и возможность покупки пакетом с дополнительным оборудованием(дождевик и т.д. И подстаканник) посылка была отлично упаковано, все пришло целым. Немного напрягло, что при оплате DHL посылка все равно приходит Почтой и ее приходится забирать самостоятельно. Также есть нарекания по качеству товара: люлька выполнена не очень качественно. В том месте, где молниями пристёгивается капюшон к раме (ближе к козырьку) полностью необработанные швы. Нитки висят. При сборке нитки сразу же разошлись и придётся дополнительно прошивать, чтобы капюшон был плотно натянут. Жаль, что нельзя приложить фото в этой форме. Очень расстроена из за этого, а главное не пойму это брак или просто немецкая коляска такого плохого качества?

Aug 12,2021Hi, I ordered 2 car seats - I haven been waiting for them for more than 5 weeks (with DHL postage) and they haven’t arrived yet. Client service always nicely replies and tells me to be patient….. I had to purchase car seats from another local supplier as I couldn’t wait any longer to drive my daughters around. Do not order if you live in Australia and are not willing to wait for 2 months…

Sep 03,2021I ordered the Maxi Cosi Casia swing from this website back in June 2021, to be sent to Australia. It took over 2 months to arrive. I had to chase them to find out where it was. When it finally arrived, it was faulty. To the point where it was unusable and would never be safe for a baby. A newborn would be shot out of it within a minute, the jerking motion of the swing was that bad. When I contacted the website, which took many emails back and forth and weeks of chasing up responses, all they offered was to replace the faulty product once I had sent the old one back. Send it back from Australia to Germany, out of my own pocket. A heavily pregnant woman, about to give birth. I had already sent them a detailed video showing how terribly faulty and unusable the product was. Despite my repeated attempts to ask for my money back, they told me I had to send it back. Something which in my condition I was in no position to do. When I told them I would be writing reviews, they threatened me with a defamation of character lawsuit. For telling the truth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. To treat a pregnant woman as they have done is shameful.
