Jul 19,2021Delivery was a bit too long, and no updates for a while. Also I sent emails from website 2 times - no reply. And then I was charged additional money for delivery - 20€ For Emirates post.... When I paid 55€ For DHL!!!!

Aug 05,2021The stroller I ordered arrived after much back and forth with the shipping company and UK customs. The stroller was as described and I'm happy with the stroller itself, but I am not pleased with the lack of communication and clarity around shipping times to the UK and customs handling post-Brexit. The website said shipping would be 1-3 business days, but it obviously did not account for the time it would take to have a package processed by customs and then redelivered in the UK. I would encourage the company to look into this and modify their language on their site. I'd also encourage the company to take and process customs duties at the time of sale so that shipping can go much more smoothly. I had to spend nearly 90 minutes on the phone over multiple days trying to figure out who and how to pay, because no payment letter ever arrived and my parcel sat for weeks.
