Aug 17,2021Bought a set of kitchen knives, got an order confirmation only to get an email a day later saying the product had been retired and they were sold out so couldn’t fulfill my order. Surely if the product has been retired, and the shop is sold out it shouldn’t still be advertised on the website?? Absolute nonsense.

Aug 06,2021I fell in love with the Jasper Conran Chinoiserie Green just as John Lewis stopped stocking this range. K&Q managed to source just about everything I needed, they kept me informed of delays, and delivery is super quick. I would highly recommend them. Excellent service.

Aug 04,2021Ordered a gift for a friend’s birthday only to be told that it was out of stock AFTER the order had been paid for. When the item was eventually delivered it looked like a second as it was flawed. I am still waiting for them to sort out the issue with a refund after almost two weeks. Terrible customer service. Update-following Dan’s involvement the issue was finally resolved satisfactorily, but it took some time and effort.

Jul 22,2021You were great dispatched ASAP until arrived at parcel force who couldn’t be bothered to deliver to me. Said they tried?? Made me collect from local post office. Parcel force still run as nationalised company ( could care less).

Jul 22,2021Avoid at all costs. Much like the majority of other reviews, you place an order and it will never arrive. Seems to be a running theme with their Waterford products too. You chase incessantly and get a different response each time and they will forever remove the goal post. I gave up and cancelled the order. They're using Covid as an excuse for every delay despite Covid being around for over 18 months, which tells you everything you need to know about this company. One must ask oneself, if the company can't adapt to something after 18 months, then does it still deserve to trade? Avoid this company and go to a reputable seller - these guys are only interested in scamming customers.

Aug 19,2021Wow, incredible company, great communication, super fast delivery and superb customer service. I hadn’t heard of the company before but seeing reviews on here decided to shop with them for my new dinner set. Put the order in Sunday evening, Monday morning all packed and delivered on Tuesday morning. Items packed really well, lots of care, unfortunately one mug was broken, but it was in its original Royal Daulton box and packaging so was just unlucky, and no fault of Kings and Queens. I took pictures and emailed and within half hour had a reply, and a replacement mug was despatched same day and arrived next day. I cannot fault the service, the packaging or the product. I am blown away! Thank you so much!! If only online shopping experiences elsewhere were always this personable and positive!
