They kept me informed every step of the way, even anticipating any delivery time problems which may occur, ie: in stock or pandemic related delay etc.. They were very professional yet friendly. My order correct arrived very promptly & I was well pleased with the goods. All in all, a small but very good company to do business with.

Mar 31,2021Twice I’ve used them, and twice they’ve said it item will be dispatched within 10 days. Both times it took a month, I emailed them and they didn’t respond. I assumed the first time was a mistake as it was around Christmas, and it must be a busy time of year for them. But the second time in March was just the same. Only positive is they’re cheap..

Mar 28,2021Good packing and on time delivery. Nice product. The only issue was they didn’t put enough information about the product so we bought the wrong cups. We were looking for tea cups, but it turned out to be coffee cups! Anyways, we kept them as they were nice.
