Mar 16,2021This company seemingly offers a drop shipping service - items aren't actually in stock, but instead are ordered from their suppliers, which then take weeks to be sent. I am waiting on some crockery for over a month now - it is impossible to get a timely response from them despite them seemingly being able to reply to reviews on here earlier today? I'd suggest getting your priorities right might be a good idea. If, as I have seen suggested, you follow up on poor reviews then maybe this might get resolved at some stage but it's been a poor experience for me. EDIT (including increased mark out of 5): I am now finally in possession of all my items, two months after ordering. I would say they are keenly priced and once you shout and scream a bit the service is ok, and to be fair they were apologetic, but if you want to receive your order in a timely fashion, I would look elsewhere.

I have always been kept informed as to the status of my orders and updated on any possible delays that may have occurred during this period of lockdown. The goods i have purchased have been very good quality and recipients of the gifts have been very pleased. I would definitely recommend Kings and Queens.
