Ordered a set of knives from Kings and Queens on 29th November. Two days later received a rather curt email from Dan to say some items weren't available. I was disappointed but hopeful that the rest of the order would arrive. Fast forward to Saturday 20th Dec - nothing. Customer service, keeping me updated, answering my email all resulted in zilch response. Update- after leaving my review here on Trustpilot, Dan contacted me by phone within the hour. He couldn't have been more apologetic. Covid issues had led him and his team to get behind on processing orders. I explained that I understood; we are human after all. A swift email to customers explaining his dilemma would have gone a long way to rescue the situation as his customers just don't know what is going on otherwise. Dan didn't try to evade the problem and he dealt with my complaint very professionally and showed real concern. I have today received my order, carefully packed and have since had two more follow up calls to keep me informed. Thank you and best wishes to everyone at this trying time.

Made an order online, on a beautiful kitchen set. The customer service was fantastic with a gentleman called Dan. And delivery was well on time! Highly recommended!😁

Had a great experience shopping here. A very well organised small business. A large variety to chose from at their online store which was a huge help. I was kept updated the whole way through my order process which made things easier and it went very smoothly. Order arrived packaged to a very high standard. Will definitely be shopping here again in future!

Like so many have already mentioned, even if you have ordered from the website there is no way of knowing if the stock actually exists. 3 items ordered - all out of stock even though the website allows you to order them with no warning that they are actually out of stock. 6 weeks after making the original order nothing has arrived, nobody responds to emails and nobody has ever answered any calls. Highly recommend you find a different retailer as it is clear this company tends to ignore you if there are problems with the order.

I ordered from this company on the 3rd November. A load of the items weren’t in stock despite the website not saying this. I was told my items would be in stock by the 1st December and I said I was happy to wait. I contacted the company on the 1st and they said my order would be shipped by the 3rd. Unfortunately nothing has arrived and I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal. Do not order from this company.

Ordered a beautiful wine decanter from Kings and Queens and it arrived today, well packaged and safely. There was a delay in it arriving but I was informed about this and it was sent as soon as it was back in stock. Excellent service on the phone and website and will definitely be ordering again from them. Thank you again especially in these strange times.

Could not be more pleased with the service from kings and queens! Items were delivered very quickly and packaged extremely well. I called to double check the items I wanted were definitely in stock and the gentleman I spoke to could not have been nicer or more helpful. Over all a really good experience, will definitely order from them again. Thank you Kings and Queens!

Useless! No response to emails... No response to contact via their website... 2 weeks now since ordering on the 4th November the Gordon Ramsey Royal Doulton Knive set as it was slightly cheaper than Amazon, wish I hadn't bothered and just paid the extra £10 from Amazon Royal Doulton and had it delivered the next day. This company advertise items not physically in stock and when you pay and place the order, they then state in your account that these will be on order from suppliers. This was for a present and they still state awaiting stock from Royal Doulton. Had to source another present elsewhere and this company have the payment pending on my Paypal for when or if it comes into stock. Advise to all is don't bother with this company as if there are any issues with supplies or similar, they will just ignore any emails or contact messages. Source elsewhere where you will get satisfactory service or items available for immediate dispatch.

Placed order on 29th September and was informed the following day that half the items would be mid October and the balance by the end of October. The website didn't say anything about a delay. I called in the middle of October as they said they would despatch the items as they arrived. I was then told that the balance of the items would be in sooner than expected and so I said in that case send them all together, which was by the end of the following week guaranteed. They didn't arrive. A few days after they were due I called again - they couldn't find the order at first and said they would call me back. They didn't. I called again and this time they did call me back to say that some items had been delayed and they would be in the following Tuesday. At 5.00pm on the Tuesday I called to check to see if they had arrived. They hadn't, but they "hoped they would be in tomorrow", but they couldn't guarantee that. This is when it started going downhill when I suggested that it would be nice if they were able to keep customers up to date. The individual I was talking to didn't like this and concluded that I was insinuating they made Royal Doulton ware and they were responsible for the delay. I clarified what I had said but he changed tack as he clearly didn't like being called out in any way at all. I cancelled the order and ordered the original items plus some additional items from elsewhere - they are arriving in two days time. It's cost me about £5.00 more, but that's of no real concern.

I cannot praise the customer service of this company highly enough. Rang me to advise of a supply problem (not their fault) and rang again the following day to update me. Pleasant, polite and helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Initially I received the wrong Design of Table mats and Coasters, but Kings and Queens sorted the mistake out, sent the correct mats out and all good. They went out of their way to be helpful and correct the error.

This company has given myself excellent customer service over the past 12 months. I have slowly been purchasing items from one of the Wedgwood collections they offer. Every order has been dealt with and delivered in a timely manner. Every time I have spoken to someone on the phone they have been courteous and knowledgeable . I couldn't ask for more, I will certainly be returning to purchase Christmas gifts. Kind regards, James
