Like a lot of others on here, I have experienced the same really poor business process of Kings and Queens. This business evidently works like wish/sportspursuit/brandalley where when you place your order, they don’t actually have any of the product in stock. They must then wait for enough customers to buy the same product so that they can buy it in bulk. Whilst this is a fair way to run a business if it is fully disclosed that the items may take months to arrive, Kings and Queens do not do this, on placing the order it said in stock and that it should arrive within a few days. I would also cut them some slack because as they say, they are a “small family run business” but their communication has been equally shocking. A couple of weeks after making my order I was told new timescales for shipment which were weeks away. These deadlines were then missed with no communication for as to why. When I try to chase them I either get no response at all or an unhelpful response a week or so later. I would highly highly recommend never using this business, and I won’t be doing myself either.
Excellent service, after ordering received my mugs within 48 hours and packaged well. Will use this company again.

Absolutely superb service even in today’s current climate Vase arrived well packaged and it’s stunning. Extremely helpful and great communication. Highly recommend Kings and Queens and will most certainly use again.

I’ll update this review, when they have been in touch with me, but so far my phone calls and emails have been ignored. I’m disappointed because I’d ordered 2 sets of really expensive champagne glasses for my sons 21st birthday which I can’t attend due to covid restrictions. I’d hoped to make it special for him. I’d also chosen a “small family business” over Amazon, wanting to support them but looks like I’ll regret that.
I order regularly from Kings and Queens and always experience great customer service, despite the difficult times they face at the moment between production and transit delays due to the pandemic/brexit. I have had delays on two of my orders in the past, but the communication and updates are faultless. Keep up the great work, Kings & Queens.
A ridiculous way to run a business. I have twice placed orders only then to be told they are awaiting stock and don't know when they expect to receive it. At no point during the purchase is there an indication that they are out of stock, and then all that is offered in response is some obfuscatory response that leaves you none-the-wiser. Presumably they just run their business by securing orders, then trying to source the product, and hope that customers are happy to play the waiting game. I won't be using them again and would actively encourage others to do likewise
I ordered 2 items as a Christmas present in the first week of December hoping it would arrive by the 25th. I received an email shortly after ordering telling me that it was temporarily out of stock. I understand they experienced a number of difficulties over this period such as changes with EU trade and COVID related issues. I received some communication, albeit delayed, and eventually received my order on the 14th Jan. I would advise ordering from this company only if it is not urgent. Thankfully the gift's recipient is patient and with a birthday in February!
Ordered a nao on 3rd December said out of stock 7 to 10 days phoned 16th December lady answered said it had arrived and would be with me for Xmas must have meant 2021 still waiting .Sent emails and phoned , standard email sent back ,no one answering just garbage about working short staffed ,shouldn't be in business if cannot be bothered to be upfront with customers. Many others giving reviews in same situation
I ordered with this company and the original glasses were not available, I was notified immediately and offered an alternative. They were very polite and apologetic. A few weeks later the glasses I wanted were back in stock so I reordered them. I left a note to say another company had let me down and I needed them quickly as they were a gift. The company couldn’t have been better. I offered to pay express delivery but they assured me they would get them to me. They emailed me to say they’d been shipped and then I was personally phone called to say they had been dispatched and given the courier details to ensure I could track them, this was also followed by an email with no extra charge for next day delivery. I couldn’t recommend enough. I should also note that my father also made an order with the company in December and also received excellent service. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them.
Customer Service non existent. Ordered an ornament on 4th Dec. No updates by 19th so emailed to cancel the order and refund my money. They ignored my email and sent me an email on Sunday 20th saying they had dispatched my order, that Parcelforce would be sending me an email confirming this. Guess what, no email from Parcelforce. If it ever arrives it's going straight back to them. Save yourself a lot of pain and never order from this company. I am not the only person in this position it seems reading the reviews. Oh and don;t even bother trying to ring them, initially it was engaged, on multiple attempts, then they put in an IVR which sent you in circles( it was broken), and now they just have a message stating Due to COVID they are struggling in their customer service team. So you cannot get through at all. Bunch of Dick Turpins this crew! And I am out of pocket!
